A small rural town in ohio that has Oberlin College, for example, would not count because Oberlin's student body is artificially making it Democratic.

I vote for Eureka Springs,Ark

But for some reason rural progressive areas dont tend to have many black or hispanic voters.

A fundamental of Eureka Springs which isn't visible in most statistics: it's a gay resort community.

Greenfield, Massachusetts being less Democratic than some of the very rural villages nearby is kind of interesting.

Also:
Tinicum Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania?
Why is there a Trump+26 community near a National Wildlife Refuge and the Philadelphia International Airport? Which voted for Obama in 2012?
Sure, there are other Obama-Trump places in the county but this had by far the starkest swing. (and both to the east and to the west of them you find overwhelmingly Black - and Democratic - towns).
