Tomorrow, North Carolina voters who requested an absentee ballot will begin to receive their ballots. Marking the official start of the general election voting. This thread will be for posting official (or unofficial) data regarding both absentee voting and early voting, whether that be turnout reports or anything else related to it.

Tarrant County broke the day 3 record from 2016

2016: 42,332

Now: (at least) 44,990

Polls closed at 5 PM in Tarrant County but some people are still in line.

1.3mil voted in harris county so getting 400k in 4 days isn't surprising - it'll start to slow down
There's uh....3 weeks of early voting this year unlike 2 in the past, so it's pretty surprising lol. Also Harris County has 7 am to 10 pm ev the final 3 days of ev in 2 weeks and one day of 24 hour voting at 3 sites on oct 29th

Early voted today in Tarrant County. Not much of a line at our voting site, but there were like 30 machines in the building so I'm sure that helped. The weird thing was that there were no covid precautions really, I had to sign the electronic screen with my finger and had to vote on the digital screen with my finger as well, no sanitization or anything.

What does it all mean?
For one thing, things aren't slowing down. Denton and Collin Counties are both up at least 7% from yesterday, as is Williamson. I believe Tarrant went up 6-8% too from yesterday. Tarrant is especially impressive given we are still voting 8-5 while most of the rest of the urban counties are 7-7 now, which we dont switch over to until Saturday.
