To preface, I realized the error in my bracketing. Unfortunately, there is no way I can ensure that each person enters the same number of rounds, but this was the fairest way to go about it without removing players. All players have been listed randomly.

Welcome to the first (what I hope to be annual) Atlas Chess Tournament!

Rules:

1. You must register with a chess.com account and post your username publicly.
2. All Standard challenges must assign sides randomly (in other words, a player cannot send a challenge that designates them as white).
3. All challenges must allow exactly 3 days between turns.
4. At the end of a game, one of the players must report the result. The bracket will be updated accordingly.
5. In the event of a draw, there shall be an automatic rematch.
6. Regardless of your opponent, please put all personal and political grievances aside. Above all else, be a good sport.

Since the tournament is being played between two forums, I'll be mediating as necessary, but I encourage players to check this thread and the thread on AAD if possible so that you know who to send your challenges to.

Oh I get that. I was thinking of maybe a quicker tiebreaker though. I'm sure it'll be fine either way, no one is going away anytime soon.
