As I've said previously, Gross could very well beat Sullivan with a plurality, like Sullivan himself beat Begich six years ago. This could be the upset of Election Night, and may very well compensate for a Democratic loss in Maine or Iowa. Kansas also has true upset potential-recent polls show that Bollier shouldn't be counted out, even though Marshall is the Republican nominee.

I saw this as a sleeper race. Gross is a strong candidate. Sullivan is still favored, but it would be great if this flips and that is a realistic thing to hope for.
