Biden did pretty well in Bell County,TX home of Ft. Hood. Not a great indictor given that since many people in the county aren't military and I imagine much of the military votes absentee as residents of other counties. Still, it will be interesting to see if this is a one off or if Texas military is swinging hard D and RGV Latinos are swinging hard GOP. Would have never guessed that to happen at the same time.

Any indicator how urban Latinos voted in TX? El Paso County seems pretty consistently Dem. Biden got a slightly higher vote share than Obama 12.
