Newsom will be making a statement right when the polls close.

Let's hope he takes a well-deserved victory lap.

yea congrats on winning a D+30 state as a democrat

Y'all picked this fight

And pissed away a quarter billion dollars in the process.

Let’s not talk about burning money lmao

What percentage of the Black male vote does Larry Elder get? 10% 15? I don't see Black men being excited over a slick white guy like Gavin Newsom....

I also don't see them getting excited over someone who says slave owners deserve reperations.

True.....I think in 2022, Newsom should pick a Black running mate....

I don’t recall the taxpayer money being a concern when Madison Wisconsin communists launched a failed recall campaign against Scott Walker

And we could have won if not for Larry Elder wanting to be a Fox News personality.
You're right, make sure to invest heavily in 2022 where you can definitly win state-wide.

Can we please not sidetrack the thread with irrelevant discussions of past elections? Hang on just a few more minutes and hopefully we’ll have some results.

There are no running mates in California. Lieutenant governors are separately elected.

They say too early to call with a No lead cause they are cowards when it comes to nonpartisan races.

Oh and btw, the exit poll released the partisan ID of their respondents. It's like 8 points less dem than the tracker we know from earlier.

Yeah, we're gonna need some votes to come in first. No surprise. The media doesn't always call these right away, even if it is a landslide.

Yeah I think this is over, even if it's just early vote those are some impossible numbers for yes to win with.

If you average the male and female #s from the exit polls….:

https://www.cnn.com/election/2021/exit-polls/california/recall

then you get….

No 58%
Yes 42%

How did Kevin Faulconer flop so badly, this is his home county where he was a popular mayor and he's not even winning it in the recall.
