Considering how weak Trump is with independents compared to Romney and even his 2016 self, I assume at least a good 5% of Biden's support, possibly much higher. I obviously could be wrong, though.

Clearly not a significant slice of the electorate (2020 exit polls indicated that he won only about 6% of self-identified Republicans, whereas Hillary Clinton won about 8% of self-identified Republicans in 2016).

I suppose most Rommey 2012 - Biden 2020 voters were social libertarian republicans before Trump.
Basically, most of them are independients or moderate democrats nowadays.
I suppose most could vote for someone like Sununu if he got nominated, but the republican base won't let that happen.

37
(I don't actually have the foggiest idea, but that's always a nice prime number to provide as the answer to a "how many" question.)

I also think a lot of these people have become negatively polarized into being very moderate liberals to some extent.

I think relatively few Never Trumpers still identify as Republicans.

I also think a lot of these people have become negatively polarized into being very moderate liberals to some extent.

Yeah, unfortunately seems true. The Biden Administration has sent some of them back, but not most, and it seems like there are huge regional differences.
