I don't say or do anything and it sometimes makes me feel weird.  But not as weird as I feel when I say "bless you".  I might try the "health!/to your health" thing.

Scream at them for being a genocidal maniac, call the police, shame them on social media, pray for God or whoever to strike them down, vandalize their car, leave negative reviews on Google about their employer, etc. Just the standard, reasonable stuff.

Which sneezing are we talking about ?

If someone just "cleans" his/her nose because of a cold or something, I say nothing (normal).

If someone sneezes loud, I say the Austrian-German version of "God Bless You".

Is it the same word in English for the normal sneeze and the loud sneeze ?

Because in German, the normal sneeze is called "(sich) schnäuzen" (or historically, schneuzen), while the loud sneeze is called "niesen" ... Wink

Much more practical than English.
