I was really hoping he'd go off-script by now. This speech is boring as f**k. I can already hear pundits praising his use of complete sentences, just like they did after the 2017 State of the Union address: "Wow, so presidential. He really became the President of the United States tonight."

And the thing that always strikes me about watching him deliver a teleprompter speech is how much he relies on it. Most speakers just generally glance at them every now & then, whereas he obviously has to go back-and-forth between the 2 teleprompters that are set up.
