In 1860, Lincoln won California with 32.3% of the vote. Has anyone ever won a state with a smaller percentage of the vote?

Here's an odd case: Andrew Jackson came second with only 27.23% in Illinois in 1824, but the majority of the electors voted for him because the state selected electors by congressional district.
