What happens in 2019 if Maxime Bernier wins the Conservative leadership election in 2017? Does he do better or worse than Scheer?

Much worse. Do you remember how terrible Bernier did in the debates? His lack of charisma and terrible command of the English language would have tanked him. The PPC had a real chance to eat into the Tory vote share, but he fell flat on his face in the debates.
