A modest city. Nothing too pretentious.

It isn’t modest at all. Isn’t it infamous for white trash? West Garden Grove, Cypress, Westminster, and Fountain Valley at least have some decent blue collar white residents. The neighborhoods are less trashy.

Yes. I shouldn’t have taken it seriously. I live in a fairly decent blue collar neighborhood.

Given that Fresno, Tulare/Visalia, Bakersfield, and Redding all exist and are worse, I’d say Freedom City. Modesto usually pops up on my dialect map, which makes sense given that I grew up in Sacramento and spent a lot of time in Fresno.

Really? I don’t know what’s in Redding. Fresno is worse?

Really? I don’t know what’s in Redding. Fresno is worse?

Redding has a nice bridge, but it has a huge cult church based there. The one redeeming bit about Fresno is that it’s close to Yosemite. Unfortunately, Fresno is where my uncle lives, which is a huge negative. Bakersfield isn’t anywhere near anything good. Additionally, Redding, Fresno, and Bakersfield are usually hotter than Sacramento due to the Delta Breeze we usually get. Tulare/Visalia are just awful. Let’s not talk about the twin sh*tties.
