I won't hold my breath. Trump has been very limited in his ability to oppose the NatSec consensus; I'm sure he wants to do this sort of thing more often than not, but when it comes to decision time, there's usually an advisor able to persuade him to back off (or, where it can, a Senate able to block his attempt).
