Every issue that I disagree with Alben on, Big Abraham shares those opinions. But there are several issues on which I disagree with Big Abraham, but Alben doesn't share that opinion.

I will say that to his credit, KYwildman is one of the most improved posters here this year.


But Big Abraham was always one of my favorite left posters in general.

Thank you, no matter how you voted. I'm just glad somebody noticed that I've put in the effort. 😎

The election kinda made me a little nuts, and I also have seriously cut back on my drinking this year. At its height, I was downing more or less the equivalent of a fifth of hard liquor a night. Now I'm down to 2-3 drinks a night. I've noticed positive effects of that offline, and am thrilled if the same is true even for my online personas!

I vehemently disagree with his ideology but I don’t have an issue with him personally.

And trust me, I’m not a “populist Republican!!!” who thinks that left wing economics is “based”. I’m a traditional conservative when it comes to excessive government spending and I am fairly fiscally conservative, though I don’t really fall into the exact same category as Reaganites or libertarians either.

Nothing surprising here. VA says 20 negative, and usually BS, things about Democrats before he says one about the right. Plus his sympathy for the January 6th traitor mob and repeated over racism makes him palatable to a significant share of Atlas blue avatars.

Hard to decide. Barkley is too much of a Clinton hack for my liking and Abraham is too “anti-imperialist” for my liking.

Both are fantastic posters who typically make good posts.

That being said I have to narrowly give the win to Alben Barkley for the sole reason that (I think) his political views are closer to mine.

I wouldn't normally allow political views to decide whether somebody was an FF or not but here I am forced to use it as a tiebreaker.
