YE is Modadmin rn so I don't see why we wouldn't be able to do so.
It requires some permissions that are purely on the "atlas" domain which is still Dave's. So unless he was successfully contacted YE's permissions may only cover the forum - i.e. banning someone, adding boards and mods - not stuff that is technically not part of the forum.
