I agree, this is a poorly worded survey.  Additionally, looking at the "answer" page on the back, the question about the federal deficit, Allen is quite fiscally conservative, and has proposed many options on how to keep spending in check.  However, the "answer" page has him under Budget unbalanced? No problem.  There are a few other "errors" on the answer page for other candidates as well.  I wonder where they got their data from.

Current results... 30 tests taken
Feingold 9
Bayh 7
Tancredo 2
Brownback, Clark, Clinton, Dodd, Frist, Gingrich, Giuliani, Gore, Pataki, Richardson, Vilsack, Warner 1 each
Allen, Biden, Edwards, Hagel, Huckabee, Kerry, Kucinich, McCain, Rice, Romney 0 each.
Update:
46 tests taken
Feingold 13
Bayh 7
Allen 3
Brownback, Clark, Frist, Gore, Tancredo 2
Clinton, Dodd, Edwards, Gingrich, Giuliani, Kerry, Kucinich, McCain, Pataki, Rice, Richardson, Vilsack, Warner 1
Biden, Hagel, Huckabee, Romney 0

I'd do an IRV count if I could decide on the order in which to eliminate the single result candidates...

Bah, I'll do one anyways. I'll just compare tied candidates as a  tiebreaker (ie, count it as if everybody else had been eliminated.)

First round - among the thirteen tied candidates, test results were
Dodd 8
Gingrich, Kucinich 6
Clinton, McCain, Richardson 4
Kerry, Pataki, Vilsack 3
Warner 2
Edwards, Giuliani, Rice 1. Edwards, Giuliani, Rice eliminated; transfer to Bayh (now 8), Allen (now 4), Kucinich (now 2).

Second round - among the nine tied candidates, test results were
Dodd 9
Kerry 8
Gingrich 6
Clinton, McCain 5
Pataki, Richardson 4
Vilsack 3
Warner 2. Warner eliminated. Warner vote passes to Bayh (now 9).

Third round - among the eight tied candidates, test results were
Dodd 9
Kerry 8
Gingrich, McCain 6
Clinton, Richardson 5
Pataki 4
Vilsack 3. Vilsack eliminated. Vote passes to Feingold (now 14).

Fourth round - among the seven tied candidates, test results were
Dodd 10
Kerry 9
Gingrich, McCain, Richardson 6
Clinton 5
Pataki 4. Pataki eliminated. Vote passes to Richardson (now 2)

fifth round - among the five tied candidates, test results were
Dodd - 12
Gingrich - 11
Kerry - 9
McCain - 7
Clinton - 7. Clinton and McCain eliminated. Votes transfer to Clark and Frist (now 3 each.)

sixth round - among the three tied candidates, test results were
Dodd 20
Gingrich 13
Kerry 13. Gingrich and Kerry eliminated. Votes transfer to Clark (now 4) and Allen (now 5) - ie not to Dodd. ie, why did I do this count anyways when I could have just checked where these two votes were going?

seventh round - Dodd vote transfers to Clark.

Current results -
Feingold 14
Bayh 9
Allen 5
Clark 5
Frist 3
Brownback, Gore, Kucinich, Richardson, Tancredo 2
And the next big tie to break! :D

Among the tied candidates...
Kucinich 14
Gore 13
Richardson 8
Tancredo 7
Brownback 4. Brownback eliminated. Both votes transfer to Allen (now 7).

Among the tied candidates...
Gore 14
Kucinich 14
Tancredo 10
Richardson 8. Richardson eliminated. Both votes flow to Bayh (now 11).

Among the tied candidates...
Gore 18
Kucinich 15
Tancredo 13. Tancredo eliminated. Both votes flow to Frist (now 5). As a result its not necessary to break the Gore-Kucinich tie (fairly sure Gore would have won it, though.) Two votes each flowing to Feingold (now 16) and Clark (now 7).

Current standings:
Feingold 16
Bayh 11
Allen 7
Clark 7
Frist 5. Frist eliminated. As was sort of to be expected, all 5 flow to Allen.

Feingold 16
Allen 12
Bayh 11
Clark 7. Clark eliminated. All 7 flow to Feingold.

Feingold 23
Allen 12
Bayh 11. Bayh eliminated.

And the final count:
Feingold 26
Allen 20. Feingold wins, courtesy of Allen pipping Bayh. (Feingold-Bayh stands at 23-22 with one incompletely posted result. I'm very sure it's actually a tie.)

My Top Ten:

(100%) 1: Sen. Russ Feingold (D) Information
  (96%) 2: Ex-Gen. Wesley Clark (D) Information
  (88%) 3: Sen. John Kerry (D) Information
  (86%) 4: Gov. Tom Vilsack (D) Information

  (78%) 8: Sen. Joseph Biden (D) Information
  (76%) 9: Sen. Hillary Clinton (D) Information
  (70%) 10: Ex-Sen. John Edwards (D) Information

Best Rep is Huckabee at 12.

I don't like Feingold that much, but Clark and Kerry are well-placed.
I'm surprised about Edwars being one of my worst Dems 'cause I  really liked him during the 2004 campaign.
