The results for the gubernatorial primaries have started coming in:

-Pedro Pierluisi defeated Wanda Vasquez in the New Progressive Party's primary. He currently leads her by 58% to 42% with 66% of the electoral colleges reporting.

- Carlos Delgado defeated Eduardo Bhatia and Carmen Yulín Cruz in the Popular Democratic Party's primary. He currently leads them by 64% to 23% to 13% with 45% of the electoral colleges reporting.

Awesome to hear about Pierluisi! This'll make PR statehood easier, presuming he wins in November.

I'm surprised Yulín Cruz lost, though. Given her public feud with Trump, I thought she'd be in a great position.
