Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-NY)/Sen. Evan Bayh (D-IN) 370 EVs; 53.9% PV
Sen. John McCain (R-AZ)/Gov. Sarah Palin (R-AK) 168 EVs; 45.7%PV

Hillary's priority, like Obama's in real life, was healthcare reform (an option that was in her program).

What would be the results of the 2010 midterms? Would Hillary have won the re-election in 2012? Who would be her opponent in 2012?

There are other things on which I disagree, but for starters if you want to give Clinton an Appalachian/Upland South state, please flip Kentucky and West Virginia. WV was much more Democratic than KY.
