MT treasurer cannot be taking seriously,  he says Collins will win

I think that MT Treasurer was pointing to the fact that Joni Ernst and Susan Collins are excellent with retail politics (probably the best out of any politicians currently in office), which helped them win in past races. Due to the Coronavirus, opportunities for retail politicking are nonexistent, which will  harm Joni Ernst and Susan Collins and result in their re-election losses.
