I agree. As an incumbent she has an advantage in the primary. However, I think she will get fired by the voters in November.

I think she finishes first in the primary and wins the general. A very popular incumbent like Kim Wyman, who has a reputation for being competent and nonpartisan, can survive a landslide at the top of the ticket in a state race (though likely not a federal one). Just look at Vermont, where Phil is strongly favored even though Trump will likely get less than 30% there.
