He's just pissed that this was the app that helped sabotage his last rally.

Had nothing to do with it, plus the rally was first come first serve. Probably got low attendance because people didn't want to risk getting sick.

Nah they'll still vote for Biden. Heck I could see Biden flip-flopping on this issue if there's a ton of flack.
