Governor Brad Little requested previously that online signatures be stayed until the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals makes a ruling. Reclaim Idaho attempted to collect online signatures for their education funding initiative, which would raise $170 million for K-12 education in the state by raising the state corporate tax and raising taxes on those making over $250,000 a year.
