Ds, the Ds are likely to at get a floor vote on DC statehood, a 52 Senate majority can happen in a Covid 19 election

It's likely to be a 51/49 Senate majority,  CO, ME, NC and either AZ or IA. So, Ds are most likely gonna be in majority
