Eight years of Phil Murphy, four of Joe Biden. Property taxes are sky high in NJ. However, the state Republican party is in a bad way. The national party nominated a Cotton/Trump Jr. ticket last year that was creamed against who has become the first female president, who is specifically not Kamala Harris. In that election, the suburbs nationwide were strongly Democratic and Romney-Clinton-Biden voters weren't persuaded to rejoin the GOP.

None of the various county level administrators championed by atlas talkelections forum poster bronz4141 bothered to run. Instead, the only Republican to register was an Ocean County hardcore Trumpist who was running as part of a bizarre personal vendetta against his own brother, who has been trying to lead a new effort to politically colonize Delaware. Frustrated, bronz4141 runs for the office as the only other Republican candidate, to fight for lower property taxes and his own brand of "visionary centrist unity." bronz4141 wins the primary after his opponent is associated with a hard drug scandal and generally embarrasses himself, and faces the Democratic machine in the fall.

Discuss with maps.

Stephen Fulop would win easily, especially if bronz's posting history from here either got leaked or he mentioned his ideas about race, etc. outside of this site and thus they would be out in the open.
