Although it is not surprising to see Biden leading by strong double-digit margins in NJ, the large % of undecided voters stands out perhaps not surprisingly because the poll was commissioned on a policy issue with Presidential numbers likely just an "add-on".
The Trump approval / disapproval numbers might be more indicative of the current state of the Presidential Race among RVs once we subtract out a few points for 3rd Party Voters...
