1924: Davis
1928: Smith
1932: Roosevelt
1968: Humphrey
1972: McGovern
1976: Carter
1980: Carter
1984: Mondale
1988: Dukakis
1992: Clinton
1996: Dole
2000: Good question (No Child Left Behind would alienate them from Bush, the fear of censorship would alienate them from Gore and Lieberman)
2008: Obama
2012: Obama
2016: Hmm...
2020: Biden

Who exactly is an anti-soccer-mom?

And who even was a soccer mom in 1972? The wife of a NASL owner?

Someone who doesn’t like moralistic intrusion.

Someone who doesn’t like moralistic intrusion.

So a social libertarian?

Then your list is strange. "I don't like moralistic intrusion therefore I take Carter over Ford" does not make much sense.
Also, why Dole in 1996?

By the way, why would they be alienated from Bush by a law that did not even exist yet?

My extremely rough guess as to how a "loose parent" (to call them some way) would have voted for:

2020: Trump
2016: Trump

2012: Obama
2008: McCain
2004: Badnarik
2000: Nader
1996: Perot
1992: Perot

1988: Dukakis
1984: Mondale

1980: Clark
1976: Ford
1972: McGovern
1968: Humpfrey
1964: Lyndon Johnson
1960: Kennedy
1956: Stevenson
1952: Stevenson
1948: Truman

It is also possible that this voter voted for Gary Johnson in 2012 or 2016.

But why would a loose parent vote for Trump twice?
I am continuously struggling to understand this hypothetical character.

Because he "tells it how it is", is not politically correct, etc in my opinion

Ah. Because "loose parent" makes me think of a thirty-something man who is too interested in hanging out with friends at hipster bars to spend time enforcing rules with his child. Definitely not a Trump voter.

Carter ran on decriminalizing marijuana, Dole laughed at Clinton’s school uniform and curfew proposals and opposed the V-Chip, Bush campaigned on No Child Left Behind.

Maybe it's just that my parents have never voted on "parental" issues, so I find all of this pretty unrelatable.

What I had in mind is a voter who’s 18, 19, or in their 20s and had/has parents who never let them hang out with friends and restricted their media consumption.

I think a mom who really likes soccer and a mom who really hates soccer would probably vote pretty similar.
