Their practice of polygamy has led to some pretty recognizable events; rich and influential families marry multiple girls and young women with little way out of their society, oftentimes without their consent—>A mass influx of men and boys without wives are made—>said males are cast out into homelessness and exploitation in our society.

There’s a reason why there was such strong opposition to polygamy in early feminist movements and even modern Christendom in Europe before the Protestant reformation, the societal effects are often dire and create major underclasses that feed into other societal problems.
