Of course, the only place that you would actually know who are illegal immigrants is at detention centers which have greatly expanded under Trump, I don't know how those facilities are treated under the Census right now, just as prisons i would guess.

While i think the undocumented should be counted in the Census, it would be interesting to know where they live now.  I mean with the increasing shift of agriculture from mom and pop to corporate and industrial, the undocumented live far and wide in America.

Why were slaves counted as 3/5 of a person?

Because Northern States were unwilling to have them count as a whole person for purposes of representation, but Southern States insisted upon them adding to their weight for purposes of representation, even though they'd have no vote.
