I prefer the bread and wine as used by Christ and administered in the same way as Christ to the disciples.

Other - Either wine or grape juice.  I see no theological reason to be worried about the presence or absence of alcohol in the cup.  However, definitely not white wine or grape juice as my faith is not anemic.

Doesn't matter.  I've taken it multiple times both ways, but slightly more partial to grape juice.

The canons of the Orthodox Church require wine, so I went option one.

I grew up in the church that literally invented grape juice for this purpose not two centuries ago, so it’s not exactly a difficult choice.

Anecdotally, yes.  I know one who said that for her, it was enough of a potential trigger, that she avoids going to communion services unless she knows grape juice will be at minimum an option.

But we Mormons call that ritual The Sacrament.

My church uses grape juice on the very occasional time we do the Lord's Supper/Communion.  I prefer it that way, personally, as a non-drinker.
