No. It's more like negligent homicide

There's a point where, when thousands die because of actions you intentionally took, and you knowingly continue to take those actions, it's impossible to seriously argue negligence.

We're talking about DONALD J. TRUMP here, due to the drugs he must be filled with, I doubt he is fully concious about a lot of his actions.
