Second tier.
This gets complicated fast. I don't know.

My (bad) rankings:

11. MONROE James
12. MADISON James
13. ADAMS John Quincy
14. TAYLOR Zachary
15. CLINTON Bill
16. BUSH George H. W.
17. REAGAN Ronald
18. ADAMS John
19. KENNEDY John
20. WILSON Woodrow

I exclude William Henry Harrison, Zachary Taylor, and James Garfield

I mean, according to just this round of rankings, Atlas thinks two of those men were better presidents than Bill Clinton.
That is pretty strange, though my opinion of Bill Clinton went down slightly over the past few years. Assuming that they lived, Zachary Taylor and Willian Henry Harrison would have been “C” or “D” rated Presidents, whereas James Garfield probably would have been an “A-“ or “B+” rated President.

You did George HW Bush and Bill Clinton twice.

Whoops.

That might say more about how I feel about the middle tier of Presidents than about H.W Bush or Clinton though.

The Wilson rank by the person two posts up reminds me of something I recently read. The more I read about Wilson the less and less I think about him. He should've been removed/thrown out as president in 1919 because he couldn't do the job due to his stroke and in effect a mini-coup occurred as all his Cabinet secretaries and his wife were making decisions in the name of the president. Yet...

HE WAS SEEKING THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY'S NOMINATION IN 1920 FOR A THIRD TERM!

1. Reagan
2. HW Bush
3. Clinton
4. W Bush
5. Ford
6. Carter
7. Nixon
8. Obama

Trump isn’t ranked due to being in office currently but if he was counted he’d be between Reagan and HW

Obama (IMO 2nd worst President of all time Wilson being worst) is lower than Nixon because Obama’s negative stance towards Israel. Nixon while corrupt and a progressive, stood with Israel at a critical time.
lol.

lol.

Also funny that being only generally supportive of one random foreign country is apparently more damaging than a President’s standing than causing long-term harm to people’s trust in government and accountability of politicians.

Third tier may be the hardest of all (I am sure I will say the same thing of the following tier).

21. Woodrow Wilson
22. James Garfield
23. Rutherford Hayes
24. Grover Cleveland
25. William Howard Taft
26. Richard Nixon
27. Chester Arthur
28. William McKinley
29. Andrew Jackson
30. James Polk

Meh.

Yeah this is the least interesting tier, the worst presidents is gonna be the fun one.

But y'all do need to vote.  Lots of regulars who haven't participated yet.

Interesting group, lol ... Atlas is weird. Smiley  Anyway:

"Objective" Top Ten
1. Woodrow Wilson (D-NJ)
2. William McKinley (R-OH)
3. James K. Polk (D-TN)
4. Andrew Jackson (D-TN)
5. Calvin Coolidge (R-MA)
6. Grover Cleveland (D-NY)
7. William Howard Taft (R-OH)
8. Gerald Ford (R-MI)
9. Rutherford B. Hayes (R-OH)
10. James Garfield (R-OH)

If I were to "let my personal bias in" (let's not have this debate again), people like Harding and Bush 43 would be much higher than they are ranked usually, and Presidents I very much dislike like Wilson and Jackson would get the boot.  Alas, the former two were rather ineffective (though I think and hope that history will judge Bush more softly given his good leadership after 9/11), and the latter two were rather effective.
