no. where i live nobody is wearing a mask lmao

That explains it.

EDIT: Davidson County.  Doesn't ER live there?

ER lives in Williamson county. The best county in the state.

The county I live in actually isn't seeing a huge increase in cases, surprisingly. But it's also wayyyy more rural here.

We have a brand-new mask ordinance in Williamson County, but there are so many exceptions as to basically mean just in a store.

I have been usually wearing one to the grocery store.  It's not completely clear to me whether we have to wear one into a restaurant until we get to our table, so I might do that next time until I can see if anyone else is doing that or not.  Few to no people are wearing masks at my church, but, starting this week, we designated a "mask room" for those who only want to be surrounded by mask-wearing people, while the other venues don't require them.

No, it's not flu season, anyways in Sunbelt Californians, Hawaiian, Floridians, Arizonans spend most of their time indoors, ballparks or the beach, because its 100 degrees, it's to hot to spend time outdoors. Ballparks and bars and beaches are closed.  Winter time we spend our time outdoors, love the rain in Winter. Mask will be worn then outdoors

I mean, it's only logical to judge by the situation, haha.  In my elevator in my apartment building?  Of course.  In the grocery store?  It's legally required, but yes, I do.  Riding my bike 10-15 mph several feet from anyone?  Lol, no; those people look hysterical.

I wear it indoors in public, which is mandatory here in IL. I will sometimes throw it on outside if the streets are crowded.

Indoors in public, always. Outside, usually not, but I usually am not around a lot of people when I'm outside.

That's extremely judgmental to say about people whose medical situation you know absolutely nothing about.

I have to say most of the people I see in Warsaw wear masks in shops, public transport and other closed spaces.

I mean, fair enough because I do desire to be generally kind, so my bad.  However, the risk while riding is effectively zero, statistically speaking.

I wear a black scarf like thing that I have doubled over on itself three times to cover my mouth and nose without the straps of the surgical masks that became problematic for my ears having to wear it for nine hours at work.

I also wear venom steel rip resistant nitrile gloves all day at work. The gloves they provide rip after a few minutes and the surgical ones are annoying. That said, the venom ones are hard to find now and I am running out.

I have been using this combination since April. Both are also black and it is running into the 90's, here so the heat absorption is something else.

I wear one for other people.  I doubt their efficacy, but I don't doubt that people's fears are real.

I do but mostly just because its now a market of cultural liberalism and because I want to piss off and trigger right-wingers. It's my way of saying "F[INKS] OFF!" to them. Also I want one to get in my face about it so I can film them and have a viral video come from me and maybe even get them fired!

Yes, I'm not a self absorbed prick.

This. I have admittedly once or twice left my mask in my car and only realized it when I was inside a restaurant waiting in line for a burger or the like, and waited till I got my order before going out.

Exception to the rule, and you know what? I still felt like a self-absorbed prick.

Yes, unless I'm running or cycling or something else that would impede my breath by a mask.

Yes, always. I might lower it while I’m driving, but even outdoors I’ll have it on.

I have a couple of times. Most people around here don't, and I seldom do.

Well you won't have a choice much longer, because your Governor made them mandatory today.

Whenever I go indoors or in a gathering. I don't wear one outside by myself though.

Yep, and IDK why people seem to be like "oh it fogs up my glasses" cause it doesn't for me. Only time I don't wear it in public is when the food actually gets to the table.

I wear one if I'm going inside a building or around a crowd but not if I'm just out and not surrounded by people.

Only if mandated.

I basically take it on/off the moment I step through a doorway.   Because it's mandatory in Virginia/DC indoors.
