Both sides will turn out higher than they have in recent cycles, but the explosion in Democratic turnout, especially in areas like TX and GA in the 2018 midterms, leads me to believe that Democratic turnout will be even higher. Anyone who remotely considers themselves a Democrat or liberal will turn out to vote for Joe Biden. Most conservatives will vote for Trump, but I doubt those leaning towards him but not in his core base will be as energized.
