Seems fitting that the 116th Congress' final vote was to deliver the 1st veto override of Trump's presidency.

In addition to providing funds, this will limit the president's ability to divert money from military construction to the stupid border wall, and will limit the president's ability to withdraw troops from Germany, South Korea and Afghanistan.

All good things in my book. If we ever draw down troop levels in those countries, it should be a careful and deliberate process, not Trump throwing a tantrum on his way out the door.

Also seems fitting that the 1st veto override of Trump's presidency was to enact a bill that prevents him from withdrawing troops, the one area of stated policy positions that Trump was uniquely always correct on vis-a-vis a bipartisan Congress. Truly pathetic, and depressing
