Lowell, Massachusetts1
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on MA Labor Website

Good evening, Lowell! It's great to be here with Governor Murphy before Lowell today, after a full day in the Hawkeye State back in my home region.

Massachusetts is a state with much to be proud of, and Lowell is a cultural and historical hotbed to the history of your state. This is, after all, the home of the great Jack Kerouac: one of the founding fathers of the Beat literary movement. The Bay State is the education capital of the country. Labor unions may operate without the hindrance of hostile governments against public employees. It is a safe state and one of the best to raise a family. And watching from across the country, I'm happy with what my former region has accomplished recently, namely eliminating the convoluted Philadelphia Plan.

Massachusetts has a prominent role in the history of universal healthcare in Atlasia. It was the first state to adopt a universal healthcare law, and this would become the impetus for the national debate. And now we have AtlasCare: a consolidation of federal public programs with a robust public option. Both Lincoln and Frémont have adopted AtlasCare as the basis for their healthcare programs. It is only thanks to a century of labor and progressive activism, and real action by those who campaigned on universal healthcare, that we have universal healthcare today.

It is a law that we've seen both Laborites and Federalists take credit for, and while a number of people from both parties were involved in its making, I insisted for a public plan that will be accessible to all Atlasians. In Frémont, we retained private coverage but insisted that all insurance be strictly nonprofit.

There has never been a bigger advocate for public healthcare in Atlasia and Labor, and that is why people support Labor. We promised universal healthcare. We promised universal healthcare that was not only accessible, but fiscally viable. And we delivered. And we will resist any attempts to cut public healthcare, especially in the midst of a pandemic.

Labor will continue to coordinate COVID-19 vaccine availability and deliver on making them universally accessible after this month.

Healthcare is a capital issue to Labor, and it's a capital issue for the people of Massachusetts. Vote for the party that has championed this issue since the days of one (coincidentally named) President Harry S Truman! Reelect Conor Murphy, and return him to office with strong Labor majorities in the state House and Senate!

Chinatown, Los Angeles1
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on CA Labor Website

Good evening, Los Angeles!

Glad to be here with you all today alongside Mayor Earvin Johnson. You know, Mayor Johnson has been instrumental as a partner to Denver as well as Nyman in rolling out Frémont's vaccine distribution program and making Los Angeles into a city green. I was glad to meet the members of city hall with Mayor Johnson and discuss the city's upcoming agenda.

It's an agenda to lead and to rebuild Los Angeles in the post-pandemic economy, and to aid small business owners in reclaiming their livelihood. The hospitality industry in particular has taken a great hit from the pandemic, and Asian Atlasians face, in addition to these losses, an unprecedented rise in hate crimes.

We're not talking about this issue today to be politically correct or divisive. We're talking about this because it is a problem that directly affects Asian Atlasians in cities like Los Angeles. Xenophobic and racist crimes have no place anywhere in Atlasia, but those affected by hate crimes must have full confidence in law enforcement: that law enforcement will be responsive as well as accountable to those they have sworn to protect.

Mayor Johnson is working directly with civil rights groups and Chinese-Atlasian business owners to what many in the area rightly identify as a two-fold problem: that of personal and economic security. This summer, travel will increase and under the leadership of the Mayor, great historic neighborhoods like Chinatown will benefit most. Restaurants and family businesses that barely weathered the pandemic will prosper once again.

Thank you, Los Angeles. Please welcome your mayor, Earvin Johnson.

Pocatello, Idaho

Never forget what is really at stake in this election!

The captains of the Coalition of Chaos have been through this state in the last days and weeks. I am sorry to say they had not one honest thought to spare between them!

The truth is what I have said from the very beginning of this campaign —and what I will continue to say so long as the Southern Slave Power send those poor saps up here to lie and to cheat the good people of Idaho: the Labor party is the party of the farmers and the working people of Idaho. It is the party of peace, prosperity, and home rule.

In the last four years this government has made war on the banks and the corrupt Eastern industries who come here to destroy your small businesses and send your jobs to Mexico. We have made war on the Eastern politicians who seek to concentrate power in Nyman and Nashville and care not a d*mn for the small farmer or the small business owner.

It was your government who passed the farm bill to free the small farmers from the monopoly of Southern big agriculture. It was your government who raised $10 million for the small farmers since 2019.

It was your government who voted to rebuild your bridges and roads, to establish rural broadband internet access and a modern infrastructure —all while creating thousands and thousands of jobs all over this state.

It was your government who last month passed the Rural Health Act to hire more doctors and build more hospitals in rural areas.

It was your government who raised more money for rural schools.

It was your government who included local representation in the FEA and abolished gerrymandering to create really representative local government.

When you hear Eastern politicians come out here promising to represent your communities, and to put the spotlight on local issues, don't you trust them for one minute. If they knew anything about Idaho and cared a lick about your towns they would be campaigning for the Labor ticket, because it is the Labor party who has got up and fought every single day for you for the last four years.

But the opposition have chosen not to be part of that fight. They have chosen, instead, to fight against your government —by demanding a tax increase on working and middle class Idahoans, while they call for tax cuts for the wealthiest 1%.

For the last two years the opposition have again and again demanded that I implement a sales tax —a tax whose burden would fall primarily on working families. This I have refused to do.

They have also promised tax cuts for property owners in their campaign. But the only people who pay any property tax to Denver are the richest 10%. When they talk about tax cuts, they are not talking about cuts that will benefit you and your family. They are either too ignorant to know the tax situation in Frémont, or they are too wicked to care for helping anyone except the rich.

We do not want any of that here in Idaho. We are not interested in their pretty stories of what life could be like if Frémont were more like the rest of the country.

We do not want to be like the rest of the country!

We believe Frémont is the greatest region in Atlasia, and we would have it no other way!

That is why you are going to re-elect your governor on Saturday! And you are going to re-elect the Labor majority in the legislature!

Davenport, Iowa1
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on IA Labor Website

Good evening! It's great to be here in Davenport, a city located approximately halfway between Des Moines and Chicago, right along the Mississippi River which separates Iowa from Lincoln and the eastern half of the Midwest.

I chose Davenport specifically to address multiple elephants in the room that the current Federalist government has simply done nothing about. The first issue very much pertains to the city of Davenport itself, for this is the largest city located across the Mississippi not to have erected flood walls. This decision is in part deliberate; the people of Davenport love to experience the Mississippi firsthand. But the lack of any barriers between the river and the city cost local businesses $30 million in revenue in 2019.

Experts have warned us for years that climate change would result in more floodings by the Mississippi River, and it has caused the people of Davenport to reevaluate its once-cherished relationship with the river. And part of investing in a green economy must include erecting a wall or barrier for areas most vulnerable to floods, otherwise local costs will skyrocket as experts anticipate future damage.

No doubt, hard choices will have to be made going forward. For the stability and safety of Davenport residents and local businesses, infrastructure must be a priority for the next Iowa government.

I would now like to transition to another issue for which we've heard little discussion, and seen little action, from Governor Engle and the legislature: Iowa's water quality problem. This problem essentially boils down to elevated levels of stream nitrate pollution. When the amount of nitrogen which makes its way to fields exceeds crop needs, that excess can find an easy pathway to the stream network, thereby impairing drinking water, catalyzing nuisance and harmful algae blooms, and killing off part of the Gulf of Mexico when the Mississippi River unloads Iowa's environmental baggage every summer.

In order to combat this problem, we're going to limit the amount of nitrogen fertilizer that farmers can apply to crops. This is a major contributor to the state's water pollution crisis, and while Labor supports Iowa's agricultural sector, and has a sterling record in Denver to prove it, we simply cannot afford to give farmers license to apply however much fertilizer they want or feel they need at the expense of the taxpayer, who subsidizes these practices by paying for practices to trap the excess at the field's edge with wetlands or bioreactors.

I will also note that most family farmers do not bear the blame for this crisis, and yet they are forced to operate in a system that most of them had no part in creating and feel powerless to change.

But better water quality can only benefit all Iowans. And it will only happen if the voters this Sunday demand it, by electing some new people up and down the ballot. Vote for people like your great mayor, Dennis Train, who's running to become the next State Senator from the eleventh district based in Davenport.

And don't forget to elect Ed Finkenhauer and Melissa Scholtz as your next Governor and Lieutenant Governor. No doubt, Iowa needs a clean slate in Des Moines.

The solutions are there. Now is time for action.

Lawrence, Massachusetts
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on MA Labor Website

Good day, Lawrence! It's a pleasure to be here with Governor Murphy and Lawrence's own State Senator Gutierrez on the beautiful Merrimack River!

Atlasia was founded on the high ideals of ensuring that all within her borders had the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness - which, at the time, only applied to wealthy white males. And while we have made significant progress as a nation since then, folks here in Lawrence and across Massachusetts know that we have not gone far enough. From lingering effects of racist economic policy and xenophobic rhetoric to discriminatory profiling by the legal system created to protect, not oppress upon essential rights, Atlasia's minority communities have not received a fair shake.

It's the deep flaws of the system that motivated my friend - and your incumbent State Senator - Hercule Gutierrez to run for office. His experiences as the son of a struggling Andover restaurant owner who has been frequently profiled by police - even driving to and from the State Capitol! - exposed him to the pain that many working Atlasians feel when their government leaves them behind and treats them as second-class citizen. And, last September, he ran for office to advocate for folks like him at the State Capitol in Boston. If y'all re-elect Senator Gutierrez and return a Labor legislative majority to Boston for Governor Murphy to work with, y'all can send a clear message that Lawrence - and Massachusetts - is tired of the status quo, and is ready for a state government that will fight for the downtrodden and for systemic change across the board. Governor Murphy and Labor's legislative caucuses have done good work for Massachusetts fighting the social and economic effects of COVID-19, but with majorities in both houses we can do so much more for y'all.

So, Lawrence, the path forward is clear - help us elect a state government that will take on the issues that matter most to minority communities here in Massachusetts. We'll take on the epidemic of discriminatory behavior by the nation's police officers through rigorous regulations and training programs, while removing the legal barriers that often excuse them for even the most blatantly racially-motivated offenses. We'll work both here and in Nyman to ensure that every working-class Massachusettsan has the right to a fair wage and good healthcare. And, we'll make sure that this state's children all have access to a quality education, regardless of their wealth, color, or creed. We can make these ambitious plans reality, but we need your help - so this weekend, go to the polls and cast your ballot for Governor Murphy and your local Labor legislative candidates. Let's hold the governorship and elect a strong Labor majority to the statehouse! Thank you, Lawrence!

Pittsfield, Massachusetts
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on MA Labor Website

Hello, Pittsfield! Great to be here in beautiful West Massachusetts.

One of the things Labor prides itself upon is our ideological diversity. From Massachusetts to Montana, no state Labor party is the same, and we don't trot out an inflexible party line for every state candidate to follow. Instead, our candidates truly represent the communities that elect them, and can be trusted to fight for local issues that matter most to their constituents. Here in the Bay State, this means that Labor won't just rule from and for Boston - you can trust us to listen diligently to the concerns of Massachusettsans regardless of where they're from, instead of lazily ruling from an urban ivory tower.

One such local issue that your local Labor candidate - your esteemed Councillor Ricky Favre, who's running to represent Pittsfield in the statehouse - will prioritize in Boston is cleaning up pollution. Here in Pittsfield, pollution from industrial facilities has been a big issue - specifically, the Housatonic River, once a pristine mountain river, is now clogged with hazardous pollutants. Successive governments have promised to tackle this issue since the 1990s, but to no avail. However, as a party that stands for conservation and environmental stewardship, Massachusetts Labor is eager to get to work cleaning up the Housatonic River basin and similarly polluted areas across the state. In addition to making Massachusetts a leader in the fight against climate change, Favre and Labor representatives from across the state hope to clean up our existing natural resources for future generations to enjoy - and to protect the unique and diverse wildlife that has come under increasing threat from human interference.

Massachusetts Labor will also take care to protect the arts - a key fixture of life in Western Massachusetts. For decades, the Berkshires have been home to all kinds of arts, from orchestras and theaters to impressive collections of artwork, and Labor is committed to preserving Pittsfield's magical arts community as society transitions into a technological age. We've seen the decline of art primarily stem from a lack of music and arts education in our schools - without these programs, kids often don't have the opportunity to experience art in the classroom. Massachusetts Labor aims to change that - we'll encourage public schools to offer a comprehensive arts education, and ensure that every child in Massachusetts will have equal opportunity to access these programs. As we become increasingly digitally-oriented, it is more important than ever that we preserve the great artistical crafts of the past - and through better educational availability and continued supports for art programs in Western Massachusetts, we can ensure that this state remains a bastion of accessible, high-quality artistic culture.

Thanks for having me, Pittsfield! Remember to mask up, stay safe, and vote Labor up and down the ballot this weekend! Let's re-elect Governor Murphy and turn the state-house solidly red!

Springfield, Massachusetts
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on MA Labor Website

Good afternoon, Springfield!

Labor is, and has always been, the party of working Atlasians - it's in the name! And in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, there is a lot a Labor government here in Massachusetts can do for this state's working class. Whether you're a small business owner or a minimum-wage worker, the pandemic has jeopardized both your safety and your salary, and while fat cat Wall Street billionaires have continued to enrich themselves, the average Atlasian has been forced to choose between keeping themselves and their families isolated from COVID, or working in (frequently dangerous) conditions for often-inadequate salary.

That's why Labor, both in Boston and in Nyman, has provided essential leadership to aid Massachusetts workers in this trying time. Under Presidents Pericles, MB, and Sestak, as well as Governor Murphy, Labor has championed a safe, science-based approach to curb the spread of COVID while also keeping businesses open and running safely. We've also supported a significant minimum wage increase - to $15. Since the Industrial Revolution, countless working folks have dedicated their entire lives to a job that doesn't even pay their costs of living, and it's past time that Atlasia had a minimum wage that folks can actually support themselves and their families with. Here in Massachusetts, you can count on Governor Murphy with a Labor legislative majority to continue delivering for working families here in the Bay State, whether it's through protecting and promoting unions, ensuring workplace safety as the COVID pandemic persists, or providing support for low-wage workers with children to feed.

Thank you, Springfield! Mask up, stay safe, and cast a ballot for Governor Murphy and your local Labor legislative candidates this weekend!

Worcester, Massachusetts
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on MA Labor Website

Greetings, Worcester!

I'm here today to talk about clean energy - a crucial element in our fight against climate change. While Massachusetts doesn't have the natural resources that many other states have, there is still plenty of opportunity for clean energy expansion. In addition to reducing emissions and decreasing dependence on crude oil, clean energy can also create thousands of good, well-paying jobs for folks here in Central Massachusetts. And, this is an opportunity to revamp and modernize Massachusetts's energy grids. As we have seen in recent years, the increasingly unpredictable climate can and will threaten power sources across Atlasia, and in New England's bitter winters, ensuring that every home can stay lit and well-heated is crucial as climate change continues to alter and worsen weather across the world.

In densely-populated states like Massachusetts, it's also important to consider nuclear power as a potent source for oil-free energy. Yes, nuclear energy has historically had a bad rap, but it has the capacity to safely power cities like Worcester and Boston if constructed correctly to exacting standards. As oil sources around the world run out, and as we come increasingly reliant on oppressive dictatorships for our massive oil craving, it is past time to transition away from fossil fuels - and nuclear power is a crucial stopgap as we continue to develop cleaner renewable energy sources.

Massachusetts Labor is ready and eager to build on the Green New Deal passed in Nyman to lead Massachusetts into a new era of clean energy. By funding construction and research projects, we'll help Massachusetts become a leader in Atlasian renewable energy, and accelerate the transition away from fossil fuel power. We'll work to improve mass transit options that have been proven to reduce both carbon emissions and Massachusetts's infamous crippling traffic. We'll continue subsidies for electric cars, and create a subsidy for personal solar panel usage. We'll create a commission to research the potential for safe, potent nuclear energy construction that has the capability to power the entire state, year-round. And, we'll work to transition and upgrade our power grid to both connect to new renewable power sources and protect from increasingly unpredictable weather. While the prospect of climate change, and the effect it will have on both Atlasia and the world at large, is frightening, we can light up this potentially dark era with a strong, early push for clean energy. Let's do this, Massachusetts!

Thanks for coming out, Worcester! For comprehensive action on clean energy, cast your ballot for Governor Murphy and your local Labor legislative candidates! Mask up, stay safe, and get out and vote!

Bismarck, North Dakota

It is good to be home again in North Dakota.

These last few weeks I have had the immense privilege to travel across our commonwealth, and to speak to the ordinary people from all walks of life about the important issues which are at stake in this campaign.

I have said often before —perhaps the press are tired of printing it, but I am not tired of saying it —what an absolute pleasure it is to be out here among real Frémonters. There is an honesty about people here in the West that you don't find on the east bank of the Missouri. I find it is the universal curative to all that ails the hearts of men to spend a few days here in the West, and to really live, as only Frémonters know how to live.

But there is a special pleasure to be home again in my native state, and to see you, my friends and neighbors, after a long time spent on the road.

The work of our commonwealth is never over. In a short while I will be making my way back to Denver to continue our fight against the pestilence which has infected this country. But before I go, I hope you will allow me to say a few words about the issues which are at stake in this campaign.

A few weeks ago you had a visit from one of the more reprehensible characters which the Southern political aristocracy has produced. I will not mention his name here. You all know to whom I refer.

This individual made many false and outrageous statements about the situation here in North Dakota, on the basis of which he appealed to you to cast your vote for the Federalist party.

Some characters in the media have taken this to mean that you will shortly abandon your attachment to Labor and to your governor. But I do not believe this.

I do not believe this because I know the people of North Dakota are an intelligent people. They remember when just last month in Nyman the Federalists called themselves "the party of the South." They know that the incredible progress we have made here in North Dakota is entirely to the credit of the Labor party.

They know the truth of the statement which I have made again and again in the course of this campaign, which is: the Labor party is the party of the farmers and the working people of North Dakota. We are the party of peace, prosperity, and home rule.

Those crooks in the opposition have attacked me for my veto of the Gag Rule bill last month. They seem to have forgotten that the people of North Dakota voted unanimously to uphold my veto in the referendum.

They seem to have forgotten that while the opposition talk about local communities, the Labor party have been actually enacting policies to support our farmers and rural areas.

It was the Labor party who passed the farm bill to free the small farmers from the monopoly of Southern big agriculture. It was the Labor party who raised $10 million for the small farmers since 2019.

It was the Labor party who voted to rebuild your bridges and roads, to establish rural broadband internet access and a modern infrastructure —all while creating thousands and thousands of jobs all over this state.

It was the Labor party who last month passed the Rural Health Act to hire more doctors and build more hospitals in rural areas.

It was the Labor party who raised more money for rural schools.

It was the Labor party who included local representation in the FEA and abolished gerrymandering to create really representative local government.

It was the Labor party who voted to eliminate state and local taxes, and to eliminate regional income taxes for working and middle class families.

When I tell you that the Labor party is the party of rural Frémonters, I am not making promises. I am telling you the facts.

These Southern politicians who run the opposition do not care about you. They do not know the first thing about North Dakota or Frémont.

Earlier this month the opposition leaders were here promising tax cuts for middle class property owners. I tell you that the opposition could never cut your taxes, even if they elected every one of their candidates tomorrow. That is because Labor has already cut your taxes as low as they can go!

Today in North Dakota, no person who earns less than $125,000 a year pays a cent in income tax to Denver. Nobody except the richest of the rich pay any property tax, and nobody—rich or poor, rural or city dwellers—pays a cent in sales taxes to Denver.

The only people who pay any taxes to the regional government—the only people therefore who stand to benefit from a general tax cut—are the rich and big business. The people who will pay for it—with cuts to essential social services: schools, hospitals, and local infrastructure—are the working and middle classes.

The people here in North Dakota are a proud people. They have no desire to be governed by the party who call themselves "the party of the South."

Tomorrow you are going to vote for a government of, by, and for the people of North Dakota!

If that is what you are after, there is only one party on the ballot who stand for Frémonter values: and that is the Labor party!

Sheldon, Iowa1
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on IA Labor Website

Good evening, Sheldon!

Iowa is a nationwide leader in wind energy, and that's in no small part to places like O'Brien County, which have one of the largest wind farms in the state. This was made possible by legislation written by a former Member of Parliament, one Vice President OBD, which will provide $50 million in subsidies over the next ten years in wind power.

Needless to say, I'm glad that there was a broad consensus in Iowa to accept these funds. And employment was provided by none other than my 21st Century Civilian Conservation Corps Act that the President signed in early March, which revived a New Deal-era public works program. These workers were each paid living wages, and the federal spending on wages enabled Iowa to invest more directly in wind energy.

Time and time again, Labor delivers on policy. And it is chiefly because of Labor that we are living in what I like to call "the New New Deal era". These are Labor policies authored by the party and supported across the aisle - even by those like the Southern Governor who insists that Labor has no ideas.

Ed Finkenhauer wants a New Deal for Iowa: one that will modernize the economy, continue to expand the green industry, develop and modernize new infrastructure, and restore our lakes and streams so that our drinking water is safe.

In our quest to retake the legislature, I have with me Jack Webb, a wind industry financier and Viv Eastman, a local Native American rights activist. They are running against two Federalist incumbents in the Senate and House, respectively, and I'm pleased to have them here today.

I'm going to pass the mic on to Viv. Thank you, Sheldon!

Council Bluffs, Iowa

Good morning Iowa!

I am very glad to be here —very glad, I say, to be here with you, at the turn of the tide, in the final hours of this campaign.

In a few days the pollsters and the professional political class are going to be in for a very great surprise. We must hope the shock does not kill them, or we will not have the pleasure of seeing the look on their face Sunday morning when the results come in.

You know that from the start we were counted out of this campaign. But the farmers and the working people of Iowa refused to accept the dourful prognosis of the media. They began to turn out by the thousands and the tens of thousands, in every corner of this state, to rescue their government from the grip of the Southern carpetbaggers.

What we have seen in the last few days and weeks is the beginning of the end of Southern Federalism in this state.

We are going to win!

We are going to win, because the Labor party is the party of the farmers and the working people of Iowa. The Federalists are, as they say themselves, the "party of the South."

It has been my privilege in my long career in public service to have the support of the people of Iowa in the voting booth and in the halls of parliament.

It was your member of parliament, R. Fayette, who worked with me to end teaching to the test in public education, invest in school lunches and universal preschool, and pass the local living wage.

It was your member of parliament, Henry Wallace, who worked with me to pass many of the essential labor protections that give every worker the right to organize and negotiate for better pay and better conditions.

It was your member of parliament, Koopa D. Quick, who worked with me to reform higher education, so that college admissions are no longer a lottery rigged in favor of the rich and well-connected, but a college education is guaranteed to every Frémonter who wants one.

We have fought, again and again and again down through the years, so that every Iowan has the right to live under their own roof and eat bread off their own table. At every turn the people of Iowa have been with us. At every turn the Southern Federalist party have opposed these measures.

When the time came to guarantee the rights of working people, the Southern Federalist party voted against us.

When the time came to balance the budget by raising taxes on the rich, the Southern Federalist party voted against us.

When the time came to rebuild after a devastating flood, the Southern Federalist party were nowhere to be found. They were in Tennessee, assessing tariffs against Iowa in a trade war they started!

When you vote the Federalist ticket to-morrow, you are not voting for Governor Engle. You are voting for the party leaders in Nashville who call their party "the party of the South."

The people of Iowa have a choice in this election.

They can chose an economy that works for everyone, an economy that puts the needs of small farmers and working people ahead of rich corporations. They can chose to bring Iowa into the future: to invest in green energy, green infrastructure, and green manufacturing while creating hundreds and thousands of jobs. They can chose to protect their sacred constitutional rights: the right to freedom of speech, the right to organize, the right to bear arms.

Or they can chose to give their government over to the Southern politicians who will run this state as an outpost of Nashville, who care nothing for the people of Iowa, who know nothing of our traditions or our way of life.

The people of Iowa have had enough of Southern imperialism. They are ready for government of, by, and for Iowans.

That is why you are going to elect Ed Finkenhauer your next governor! And you are going to elect a Labor majority in the legislature!

Barnstable, MA
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on MA Labor Website

Howdy Barnstable!

It might not seem like it yet, but climate change will soon be a major threat to livelihoods on the Cape Cod Bay. Warming, even by a fraction of a degree, can threaten Barnstable's unique - and fragile - ecosystems, as well as their furry residents. Increasingly erratic weather patterns could wreck havoc on permanent residences and vacation homes alike - and could serve to drive away tourists, who help drive Barnstable's economy. And, sea level rise could threaten multiple wildlife sanctuaries and businesses up and down the Cape Cod peninsula. If action is not taken, runaway global warming could drastically alter life in Barnstable - and not for the better.

That's why Massachusetts Labor is committed to fighting against climate change, and ensuring that Massachusetts can set a positive example for Atlasia as a whole on this critical issue. Your Labor representatives down in Nyman made a bold first step on the road to sustainability by passing the Green New Deal, and it's past time for Massachusetts's government to build on this progress. Our climate approach here in the Bay State will be multifaceted. We'll work to improve green energy infrastructure and punish big Wall Street companies that dump toxins into our forests and waters.Reducing pollution is absolutely critical to slowing global warming, and we need a state government that will take leadership and ensure that no house is unlit or unwarmed in winter, and that no corporation continues to pollute to excess. We'll also communicate with local governments to help mitigate the effects of climate change - whether it's assisting homeowners in flood zones to move to higher ground, or to prepare towns in Eastern Massachusetts for extreme weather conditions, Governor Murphy and a Labor statehouse majority will work tirelessly to minimize the effects of climate change on the people of Massachusetts. As the climate clock down in New York shows, there's no time to waste - let's elect a government that will prioritize the fight against climate change and for sustainability!

Thank you, Barnstable! Always a pleasure to come down to beautiful Cape Cod. Remember to mask up, stay safe, and get out to the polls for Labor this weekend!

Mattapan, Massachusetts
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on MA Labor Website

Hello, Mattapan!

It's been a traditional interpretation of Atlasian history that the fight for African-Atlasian civil rights ended in 1964, when the Civil Rights Act was signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson. However, due to mass incarceration and sustained legal discrimination, we still have not achieved equal rights for all in this country. Redlining policies dating back to the early 1900s concentrated minority populations into poorer, 'ghetto' regions, and these neighborhoods (Mattapan among them) have been constantly underfunded and neglected by state governments. Meanwhile, law enforcement has used petty drug violations as excuse to jail hundreds of African-American men, ripping families apart and promoting incredibly racist perceptions of these communities in the media and the public at large. The result has been devastating for minority communities in Massachusetts and across Atlasia - they have consistently lagged behind in average income and opportunity, of no fault of their own. Conservative commentators claim that folks here are at fault for their ill circumstances - but taking a closer look at history, how can that be true?

That's why Massachusetts Labor - and your local State House candidate, Ron Wayless - are committed to fighting to reform criminal justice and promote equality of opportunity. Mr. Wayless grew up in Mattapan, and saw friends and family succumb to the oppression of the system, whether this was through unjust drug convictions or suffering in dead-end, low-paying jobs. In the Statehouse, along with other Laborites from up and down the state, he'll be one of Massachusetts's loudest advocates for the interests of inner-city communities.

From Day 1, MA Labor will take these issues head-on. We'll work to scrub racially-charged housing and criminal justice statute off the books, and end legal loopholes that allow so-called peace officers to discriminate against marginalized communities. We'll retrain police officers to dispense the law in a fair and unbiased manner, and fire those who repeatedly commit sickening offenses against the people they were meant the protect. And, instead of neglecting urban communities, we will make an unprecedented investment in them. We'll improve essential services like water, infrastructure, and power. We'll ensure that working folks here have adequate access to affordable public transportation. And, we'll fix inner-city schooling by investing in education - for Massachusetts's young, education is tantamount to future opportunities, and it is our civic duty to give every child the education they deserve. Thanks to racist relics of a bygone era, not all communities in this metro area were created equal - but we can change that, and open opportunities that all Bostonians can reap the benefits of, regardless of their color or creed.

Massachusetts Labor has an ambitious, all-inclusive vision - but, we'll need your help to make it a reality. This weekend, get out and vote for Laborites up and down the ballot - Governor Murphy, future Representative Wayless, and countless other Laborites are all in competitive elections, and we need a resounding mandate - and legislative majority - from the people of Massachusetts to reach the full potential of the Bay State's government. So mask up, stay safe, and don't forget to VOTE LABOR here in Massachusetts!

Thank you, Mattapan! And now I'd like to introduce your Governor, Conor Murphy! ...

Cambridge, Massachusetts
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on MA Labor Website

Salutations, Cambridge! It's a pleasure to be here with Governor Murphy and Senator Mubrak on one of the final legs of Labor's Massachusetts tour!

Some of America's most renowned institutions of learning - Harvard, MIT, Boston University, Tufts, among others - are located right here in Cambridge. These universities are known across the world for being at the forefront of Atlasian higher education, and every year, countless aspiring high school apply for these hallowed institutions. But let's be realistic for a second here - getting an education at one of these institutions is far from the minds of most Massachusettsans.

It's not just the absurdly low acceptance rates (and waitlists) and exorbitant prices, and it's not just these schools - higher education, nay, education in general can often be inaccessible. For centuries, access to quality learning has been an elusive commodity in this nation. Rather than fund urban public schools with their vast resources, the Atlasian elite has consistently decided to send their children to rigorous, ridiculously priced private institutions while the remainder of Atlasians are left with schools that are the butt of jokes literally the world over. And, just as outrageously, not all public schools are created equal - while wealthy PTAs in rich suburban communities can equip schools there with bells, whistles, and expensive college counselors, less fortunate schools in urban and rural areas alike are left to die on the vine with massive class sizes, overworked teachers, and no support systems whatsoever. On top of it all, a toxic testing culture has reduced the value of a single student to one number - their SAT score. And, through expensive test prep courses, this system is gameable by the rich too.

It's time for a reckoning in education. We need to comprehensively overhaul the system so all Massachusettsans have the skills and opportunity to pursue higher education, regardless of their wealth. An aside - during my time in Fremont, I was proud to work with First Minister Truman to pass a comprehensive college reform package, and while such a solution is not yet being debated in Lincoln, we need ideas of similar breadth to repair the deep flaws in Atlasian public education. That's where Massachusetts Labor comes in. We'll end government support for exclusive, elitist private schools, and instead invest that money into marginalized, struggling public schools. We'll shrink class sizes, hire and train teachers, and redesign curriculums to ensure that every Massachusetts student has the right to receive an equally rigorous, engaging public school education. While the Bay State's public schools are already above-average, we can still put in work to bring every school in this state up to speed, whether it's in rural Belchertown or wealthy Brookline. And, by working with community colleges and public higher education institutions, we will make a Massachusetts promise - that every student with the drive and desire for a college education will be able to receive one, no matter their color, income, or immigration status. Let's make education the domain of all Massachusettsans, not just the wealthy and powerful. Let's re-elect Governor Murphy and a Labor majority in both statehouses to make this bold vision a reality.

Thank you, Cambridge! Remember to mask up, stay safe, and get out this weekend to cast a ballot for Massachusetts Labor - and better public education! Now, I'd like to introduce a lifelong educator, and your State Senator, who's been a crucial part of Massachusetts Labor's efforts to improve education in this great state - Senator Arni Mubrak!

Boston, Massachusetts
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on MA Labor Website

Hello, Boston!

It's been a great experience touring Massachusetts over the past few days. Meeting so many prospective Labor legislators, each with unique life stories and beliefs, has been inspiring. As this competitive election draws to a close, I am hopeful for the future of this state; when so many people, with so much drive come together - there is nothing we cannot do.

This election cycle, our Massachusetts campaign has promoted the extraordinary things the Labor Party can do for ordinary people. Unlike legislators bankrolled by wealthy Wall Street donors, Labor candidates are folks just like y'all - farmers, workers, educators who are determined to fight for the interests of their communities here in the State Capitol. And you can trust them to get quality legislative initiatives done for you. While other parties here in Lincoln have alternatively tried to cut taxes for the rich and tack on badly-written regulations to relitigate culture war issues, Labor has been staunch in actually supporting the working class through legislative action. Don't take my word for it, check our record - we've expanded social security and rural broadband access, we've passed a comprehensive climate change-fighitng bill in the Red-Green New Deal, and most recently, we're fighting for a living wage of $15 in Congress. Here in Massachusetts, meanwhile, Governor Murphy has used the power of his office to lead Massachusetts through the coronavirus pandemic with a steady hand, despite not having a legislative majority to work with. So, if y'all re-elect Governor Murphy and send a strong Labor legislative majority to the statehouse, there is no upper bound on the work we can get done for the working families of Massachusetts.

And there is a lot to get done, lots of crises to face down. To start with, there's COVID - the elephant in the room. Governor Murphy will continue to lead Massachusetts through the pandemic using a safe, science-based approach, and will work diligently with the legislature and town governments to reopen schools and businesses safely. Then, there's the continued issue of racial justice, put on display nationwide last summer with the shootings of Ahmuad Arbery and Jacob Blake. You can count on us to immediately take this issue on with comprehensive legislative reform that will train police officers to fairly, justly, and peacefully enforce the law, while also holding those who refuse to accountable. And, we will ensure that no Massachusettsan is left in the dark - both figuratively and literally. For too long, inner urban and rural areas alike have been ignored by the ruling elite - but, Massachusetts Labor will ensure that every voice across the state, from Pittsfield to Provincetown, is heard, and valued. We will be diligent in handling local issues, including long-polluted areas that no state government has yet bothered to clean up. We will work to ensure equality of opportunity in education, so inner-city and rural public school students have the same access to educational and mental health resources that their wealthy suburban counterparts currently enjoy. We will fight to protect and expand the rights of the historically downtrodden, for minority communities, for the LGBTQ+ community, for union workers struggling against corporate oppression and manipulation, and many more. And, we will make an investment in Massachusetts's poorer communities - through improving safety, infrastructure, and education, we can make it so the Atlasian Dream is once more possible to achieve in these historically struggling areas. Lastly, as Massachusetts looks to the future, Labor will make the Bay State a leader in the fight against climate change. Whether it's solar, wind, wave, or nuclear power, we will work to research and expand energy sources that will reduce Massachusetts's reliance on fossil fuels, all while diligently working to conserve this state's unique, beautiful ecosystems for future generations to enjoy.

But ultimately, the first step in this fight for a cleaner, juster, greener, better Massachusetts will be made by you, the voters. Governor Murphy and your Labor legislative candidates are counting on you to give them a solid mandate, a solid majority, to pursue their ambitious plans for the state. Many parties have come to play in Massachusetts this month, but Massachusetts Labor is the only party that has shown the diligence or the drive to deliver the comprehensive change that the people of this state deserve. So, my friends, I implore you - vote this weekend. Go to the polls and vote up and down the ballot for your Labor candidates. Cast your ballot for a better future here in the Bay State, that Governor Murphy and a Labor legislative majority will deliver. There is no time to waste!

Thank you, Boston! Once more, it has been an honor and a pleasure to tour your great state! Remember to mask up, stay safe, and VOTE!

Indianola, Iowa

I appreciate that introduction very much, and I think the senator has put the issue fairly.

I have had a wonderful tour today down from Council Bluffs, and if you will allow me to say so, I am so incredibly grateful to have been able to speak with so many of the fine people in Iowa. I have often said that Frémonters are the best people in this country: there is an honesty about you that is lacking on the other side of the Mississippi, and it does my heart good to see you and walk among you as a neighbor.

I believe Iowa is beginning to wake up to the situation, and after tomorrow I won't have to say anything anymore about you voting the Labor ticket.

The reason for that, as I have been saying since the start of this campaign, is that the Labor party is the party of the farmers and the working people of Iowa. The Federalist Rich Man's party is, as they say themselves, the "party of the South."

I wonder how many of you here in Iowa would like to be subject to the income taxes which are now being debated in Nashville. In that region, a middle class person pays a minimum income tax of 3.5% —this on top of the taxes levied by the state and local governments, which can run as high as 7%. That is 10% or more of your income going to the regional authorities, in addition to whatever you owe to the federal government.

We have a different way of doing things in Frémont. Since I took over the ministry for the second time two years ago, we have entirely abolished state and local taxes here in Iowa. And we have abolished income taxes for working people earning less than $125,000 a year. We have entirely abolished the sales tax and the poor tax, and we have abolished property taxes for the bottom 90% of homeowners.

If you are the median person in Iowa earning $31,000 a year, you owe no taxes to Des Moines or to Denver. That is entirely the result of the policy of the Labor party.

For years the Federalist Rich Man's party and their friends have begged me to raise taxes on the working class. In their speeches and their propaganda spots, they have attacked me viciously for charging such high rates to the millionaires and billionaires —and in the states and regions where they hold power, they have used it to pass tax cuts for the rich and tax hikes for the working and middle classes. If the Federalists ever got control in Denver, they would immediately cut taxes for the rich (they say so!) and pay for it by raising yours.

This is what the Federalists promise when they come here begging for votes. They do not care about representing you because you are not their constituent. They represent the rich and the powerful corporate interests who come here to destroy your farms and small businesses and send your jobs to Mexico.

In the course of this campaign, not one Frémonter has come here to speak on behalf of the Federalist candidates. Their surrogates are drawn exclusively from the ranks of reactionary Southern politicians.

We may therefore well believe them when the Federalist leaders call their party "the party of the South."

When you cast your vote for the Federalist slate, you are not voting for your fellow Iowans. You are voting for the Southern Federalist establishment.

For the last four years your government has fought so that every Iowan has the right to live under their own roof and eat bread off their own table. At every turn we have been opposed by the Southern Federalist Rich Man's party.

When it was time to guarantee the rights of working people, the Southern Federalist party voted against us.

When it was time to raise wages for working people, the Southern Federalist party voted against us.

When it was time to balance the budget by raising taxes on the rich, the Southern Federalist party voted against us.

When it was time to repeal the poor tax, the Southern Federalist party voted against us.

When it was time to rebuild after a devastating flood, the Southern Federalist party was nowhere to be found! If there was no money in it for them, I suppose they did not much care what became of Iowa!

When your governor and legislature fight the policies that would help you and your family at every chance they get, it is time to ask, are they really your representatives at all?

The people of Iowa have a choice in this election.

They can chose an economy that puts the needs of small farmers and working people ahead of rich corporations. They can chose to create hundreds and thousands of jobs in green energy, green infrastructure, and green manufacturing. They can chose to protect their sacred constitutional rights: the right to freedom of speech, the right to vote, the right to organize, and the right to bear arms.

Or they can chose to give their government over to the Southern politicians who will run this state as an outpost of Nashville, who care nothing for the people of Iowa, who know nothing of our traditions or our way of life.

I say the people of Iowa are beginning to wake up to the situation. They are not going to put up with another six months of Southern Federalist misrule.

On election day you are going to vote to make Ed Finkenhauer your next governor! And you are going to elect a Labor majority in the legislature!

Boston, Massachusetts
(This event followed the social distancing guidance in force at the time)

Good evening Boston. Thank you for all for coming out, it's great to see people invested in these elections. Your vote does matter, and it is important that you vote, and encourage other people to vote too.

What you need to ask yourselves is, which party is on your side? The Labor Party is fighting for hard-working people. We will lift people up, regardless of your race, gender or background. It is our proven leadership that has gotten us through the Covid pandemic-which, if we all keep up the good work, can be over for us in little more than a few weeks. It is our proven leadership that has protected jobs and livelihoods, and is now building back better with a higher minimum wage. It is our proven leadership that has already made great progress on criminal justice issues-breaking the school to prison pipeline, providing police accountability and restoring fairness and proportionality to sentencing. Our policies are giving people hope, and you can be sure that your leaders in the Labor Party are looking out for you and working hard, every single day. That's what you voted for before, and that's what you will get if you re-elect Governor Murphy and a Labor state legislature. Conor, I'll let you speak in a few minutes, but I just want to say this-you have been a great partner through these very difficult times. I know that you don't just talk the talk, you walk the walk. Don't let a quality public servant like that go to waste. It is clear, Labor are the clear choice to keep on delivering, we will keep on making your lives better and build back better from Covid.

However, I do want to say something about Poirot and AGA, because they have been saying a lot of things, and it's not ok to just let it slide. They call themselves Liberals, but for all intents and purposes, they are Federalists. Poirot likes to act all moderate, but he has an awfully consistent right-wing voting record whenever he holds office. And we can see it too in AGA, who unfortunately got elected because not enough people actually voted-let's not make the same mistake twice. They rushed to bust our budget, not on helping out people like you, but with massive giveaways to the rich. Removing the wealth tax, cutting capital gains taxes, that's what they stand for. It never occurred to him-what about cutting our taxes? Why do those who have so much already deserve more, but we don't? All this talk about being 'fiscally competitive' and 'fiscally responsible' from Poirot, what does it actually mean for you? It means that if the Liberals win, you get less government services, a nasty helping of austerity, but the very rich and big corporations get to pay less. They even seem to suggest that they buy into this idea that cutting taxes for the rich pays for itself, it never does and the wealth does not trickle down. Funny how they never say it will pay for itself when we try to help YOU out?

You can count on the Labor Party, we deliver results, not empty talk. We are on your side, and frankly, they are not. If you want to actually get those results, actually build back better, then you do need to get out and vote for it. Get as many people as you can to vote, tell them the truth-that this election really matters. Then, with a re-elected Labor government, I know our best days are still ahead of us.

Thank you!

Cedar Rapids, Iowa1
socially-distanced event, livestreamed on IA Labor Website

Hello, Cedar Rapids! As the election begins tomorrow, I know you are all eagerly anticipating casting your vote - your vote for the party that knows Iowa. Over the course of this campaign, Federalist have not sent a single surrogate from within the region to campaign for Governor Engle. And perhaps it's best they don't, because the Governor has little to take credit for. Iowa prospers today, and that is because of the aid we've given to small farmers investments in infrastructure.

I'm proud to be from Frémont. I am beyond proud of our Commonwealth's leadership, from First Minister Truman to Speaker Siren to MP Batista and so many others. Even Iowa's own RFayette, a prominent conservative Federalist, worked with the First Minister to reform testing in public education, invest in school lunches and universal preschool, and pass Frémont's local living wage.

There's no doubt that Frémont is the nation's capital of progressive policies, in the mold of FDR and the New Deal. But we are also a pragmatic region. We balance our budgets. We removed the tax burden for the vast majority of Iowans and Frémonters. We created a healthcare system that puts patients first: a public option made available to all, as well as private companies that are non-profit. That means affordable healthcare and more choices for patients. And we didn't have to raise your taxes to pay for it.

But there are still issues to be addressed. The other day I was in Davenport, along the Mississippi River, lamenting the flood damage and water pollution that has ravaged communities.

But it's not just 'river cities' like Davenport with serious food risks and liabilities. Many of us in Cedar Rapids remember the 2008 flood that ravaged eastern Iowa and catchments of nearby rivers and forks. The result of this month-long flood was $6 billion in property damage. The flood was even called "Iowa's Katrina", although thankfully there were zero reported deaths.

The lesson we learned from this is that even landlocked states here in the Midwest are as vulnerable to floodings as coastal cities.

And even as late as 2013 - five years after the Iowa floodings - residents continued to struggle to adapt to this "new normal".

But this is Iowa, and we don't cower in the face of adversity. And what we need is a government that understands the needs of the people of Iowa, not as a satellite for 'regional parties' that don't know you.

Tomorrow, elect Ed Finkenhauer and give him a huge mandate in the Iowa legislature. Let's build on the tradition of Franklin Roosevelt and Lyndon Johnson by directly investing in the people. We'll protect free speech. We'll protect religious freedom. We'll protect the right to keep and bear arms. And always will we listen to our constituents to make Iowa a better place to raise a family and start a business.

It's time for a New New Deal for Iowa! And it's time for a new government of, by, and for The People.

Keep Massachusetts Red: Worcester

Friends! Comrades! It is a new dawn in Lincoln! The bright sun of freedom and progress is shining across our green and pleasant land. The decrepit Philadelphia "Plan" is dead and buried by the votes of the people of Lincoln, as always, the party of the workers, the Labor Party, is leading the way for a brighter future. In no place is this less true than in Massachusetts, where the Labor Party continues to fight tirelessly for the people. And when the General Court convenes, I promise the Labor Party and myself will fight tirelessly for the people.

I was here in Worcester not long ago, and I promised I'd see you all very soon. And here I am! I must say I am happy to be here. I see we have our Youth Laborites here, and our committed supporters from across town. Today let me repeat the continued task of the Labor Party in Massachusetts in the county. To break the monopoly power, and protect the families and people of Atlasia from the sickening effects of corporate consolidation. We all know when the power of the corporations to combine and expand is unregulated and unmonitored, the wreck havoc on everything for their own profits. Humans become commodities, and families are pushed to the brink in a system that maximizes misery. Entrepreneurs are stifled, and existing small businesses are gradually erased from the map.

The Labor Party is the party of the workers, it is the party of everyone trying to get by. Those trying to build a business, those trying to build a family and a livelihood. The Labor Party is the party of anti trust regulations, it is the party of wage minimums and hour maximums, it is the party of regulations to stop criminal excesses of the banks, it is the party of tax rates that reward work and not extreme accumulated wealth. It is the party of laborers, not power and privilege.

I see Point and AGA have come down to Massachusetts. It is indeed amusing. Make no mistake folks. I say this to all the people of Massachusetts. Poirot and AGA are a pathetic extension of the monopoly power. They say "fiscally responsible" this and "radical labor" that. This is all double talk and trickery. Their fiscal responsibility is big tax cuts for the rich, and "radical labor" is our opposition to their giveaways to those already doing so well. How many times do we need to hear these lies? Tax cuts for the rich are not a viable economic strategy for anyone but the rich!

Folks I've been in these meetings. I've been in the tax negotiations. I stared down AGA and told him "No tax cuts for the rich." I told him I wouldn't sign a budget with these obscene giveaways to the monopoly power in Massachusetts and beyond. And he backed down, he backed down. The budget wasn't perfect, but his cruel excesses were tamed. Look folks, I will work with AGA on anything where we have common ground in the soon to be General Court. It's my job and I won't let disagreements on budgets get in the way. But when he comes to Labor country and starts telling people about radical Labor, I'm gonna tell the truth. The truth is Labor is the only, the only party in Massachusetts that is here for the working people, fighting against the cruel joke of austerity.

So folks, send Laborites back to office. Vote maroon up and down the ballot! Thank you folks, let's get this done!

Oskaloosa, Iowa

It does my heart good to breath the clean Iowa air and pass my days in the company of real Iowans! We have had a wonderful tour down from Cedar Bluffs. It has been my privilege to speak with so many of you in this campaign, and to hear your concerns for the future of this state and of this commonwealth. The people here this evening are real patriots, and I know that so long as the government stays with the people, it is in good hands.

I'd like to thank the members who have joined me this evening in coming to speak with all of you, and I promise Ed will be out in a minute or two. I know you are all anxious to hear from him. But first if you will allow me I would like to say a few words about the nature of this campaign and the coming election.

Iowa has always held a special place in my heart. All throughout my time in government, you have been among the strongest supporters of me and the Labor party's agenda for this commonwealth.

In the first parliament, your member R. Fayette was one of the greatest friends of my government. He helped us to pass the reforms to public education, to increase funding for school lunches and universal preschool, and he helped us to pass the local living wage —which ensures that today, Frémonters earn more per year than anyone else in the country.

It was another of your members, Henry Wallace, who was an early supporter of mine, and who helped to pass many of the great labor laws that protect the rights of working people in the workplace, at home, and in the courtroom.

Last year, it was your member of parliament, Koopa D. Quick, who worked with us to reform higher education so that every Frémonter can get a college education if they want it, and who worked with us to establish the FEA.

The incredible progress we have made in Frémont is directly attributable to the Labor party and to the loyal support of the people of Iowa. And I believe you are not about to flag in that support.

I believe that come election day, you are going to elect Ed Finkenhauer governor of Iowa. And you are going to elect a Labor majority in the legislature along with him!

That is because the Labor party is the party of the farmers and the working people of Iowa. The Federalist party is the "party of the South," as they say themselves.

I will tell you what I mean when I say the Federalist party is the Southern Rich Man's party.

The opposition leaders were here in this state a few weeks ago promising the people of Iowa whatever they could think of as long as they would vote the Federalist ticket. Somewhere along the line they promised that if you would only vote for them, you would all see a generous tax cut.

Of course we know that a Federalist majority would never cut your taxes even if every one of their candidates were elected. That is because they cannot —because the Labor party has already cut your taxes to zero!

Today in Iowa, not one person pays so much as a cent in any state or local tax. No person who earns less than $125,000 a year pays a cent to the region in income tax. The bottom 90% of homeowners pay no property tax. The sales tax, the poor tax, toll roads, have all been abolished by the Labor party and your government in Denver.

But it so happens that over in Nashville, the Southern Federalists are this very moment discussing the taxes they will collect in their own region. Under their current plan, a middle class person earning $75,000 a year will pay as much as 10% of their income in local, state, and regional income taxes —on top of whatever Uncle Sam wants.

But the rich men in the South will pay hardly anything more than that —just 9% to the regional government, on top of their state and local taxes. This is because of the great concern the Southern Federalist party for the plight of the oppressed millionaires and billionaires of this country, who are presently drowning in profits from taking your jobs and shipping them overseas.

This is what the Federalists mean when they come here talking of tax cuts.

That is not how we do things here in Frémont. We believe that the heaviest burden should be borne by those who have the most: and we do not believe in bleeding dry the working families of this country in order that some primped-up hedge fund manager from Staten Island may grow rich without ever doing any work.

Again and again the Southern Federalists and their friends have begged me to raise taxes on the working class. They have attacked me viciously in the press and in their propaganda spots on television for charging such high rates of the richest 1%.

I say we will never consent to cut taxes for the rich by so much as a dime if it means raising taxes on the working and middle class families of this state!

We are going to take that money and we are going to use it to help the farmers and the working people of Iowa.

We are going to create hundreds and thousands of jobs in green energy, green infrastructure, and green manufacturing.

We are going to invest in flood protection and disaster preparedness.

We are going to solve the rural health crisis.

We are going to continue to look after our small farmers and rural communities who are the heart and the soul of this country.

Already my government has undertaken to answer these promises.

We have passed the Green Futures Act to develop green energy production here in Iowa. With this act we will invest $350 in wind, solar, and other green industries that will employ Iowans and make Frémont the energy capital of the nation.

Just today we have passed the Climate Preparedness Act to invest $75 million on disaster relief and preparedness.

We have passed the Rural Health Act to hire more doctors and build more hospitals in rural areas.

We have extended the subsidies in the 2019 farm bill, making more than $10 million in subsidies to small farmers in the last two years.

When I say the Labor party is the one true friend Iowa has ever had, I am not asking for your trust. I am telling you the facts.

Again and again and again we have fought for the farmers and working people of Iowa, the big cities and small towns all across this state, from the Missouri to the Mississippi, from the Minnesota border to the Chariton River. We will not stop until every Iowan has the right to live under their own roof and eat bread from their own table

At every turn, the Southern Federalist party has opposed our measures.

There was no money in it for them —and I guess they were not much otherwise interested.

In the course of this campaign, not one Frémonter has appeared to speak on behalf of the Federalist candidates in Iowa. Their surrogates are drawn entirely from the ranks of the Southern political establishment.

When the Federalist leaders say their party is "the party of the South," we may very well believe them! Their actions prove it. Their conduct in this campaign proves it.

The people of Iowa do not wish to be governed as an outpost of Nashville.

That is what you get when you vote the Federalist ticket. You are not voting for your fellow Iowans; you are voting for the Southern Federalist leaders who have made this whole campaign.

The people of Iowa are an intelligent people. They are beginning to wake up to the situation.

I believe that in a few days time, there will no longer be any need for me to ask you to vote for the Labor party candidates.

You are going to take back your state from the crooks and Souther carpetbaggers!

You are going to win!

Good evening,

Labor is the party with an agenda for Massachusetts. You watched with horror as the Democratic Alliance, Federalists, and the Liberals joined in an alliance to radically weaken gun control protections here in Lincoln. They called it the "Firearms Freedoms Act," I say we call it the "Gun Scam Bill." A scam designed to help their donors in their gun industry and hurt you, everyday working Massachusettans. They are all pawns of the NRA and now they've set their sights here on Massachusetts, they want this governorship, and if they get it, they will let criminals walk free in the streets, you and your family will be in danger. Labor will keep guns off our streets and work to protect you and your family, whether it be in your neighborhood at night, or in your child's school in the middle of the day.

The unholy trinity of the Democratic Alliance, Federalists, and Liberals also joined to significantly weaken protections for reproductive choice here in Lincoln. They want to go back to the era of coat hangers, where women who could not afford to leave the country, would need to hide in corners and undertake dangerous abortions using coat hangers, a practice that could kill them. This is the type of agenda they want to bring to Massachusetts. Labor has always been committed to reproductive choice for women, but more importantly, equality for women. We have always been the party of women's rights, and we will work to continue that, if re-elected for another term, we will remain committed to this cause by promoting equality in the workplace, we will create a committee for examining sexual harassment claims, and will pass a law saying that any employee accused of sexual assault shall be placed on administrative leave while the company investigates. Additionally, we will require that every company with more than 50 employees must have at least one woman on its board of directors, and every company with more than 400 employees, must have at least half of its board of directors be women. We will make these promises because we believe the fight for gender equality is not over, join us, because together we can and will make a difference. Together we can and will move Massachusetts in a more progressive direction. Thank you!

Muscatine, Iowa

I have had a grand time touring across this state today. Iowans are some of the most hospitable people in the country; and it has been my pleasure to speak with so many of you, and hear what you have to say about the state of our commonwealth in these final hours of the campaign.

The people are beginning to wake up to the situation. I believe that on election day, you are going to elect Ed Finkenhauer your next governor. And you are going to elect a Labor majority in the legislature along with him!

That is because the Labor party is the party of the farmers and the working people of Iowa. The Federalist party is, as they say themselves, "the party of the South."

The Southern opposition leaders get very angry when I say that. But those are their own words.

When the vice chair of the Federalist party was in Nyman last month, he called that party "the party of the South." By his actions in this campaign, he has proved the truth of that statement.

The Southern Federalist party have asked you to give them another six months in Des Moines. If you do, you know exactly what you are going to get: higher taxes, and less of everything else.

For the last four years, the Labor party has fought every hour of every day for the farmers and the working people of Iowa. At every step of the way we have been opposed by the Southern Federalist party.

When the time came to protect the right of workers to organize and have their rights protected in the workplace and in the courtroom, the Southern Federalist party voted against us.

When the time came to raise wages for working people, the Southern Federalist party voted against us.

When the time came to balance the budget by raising taxes on the rich, the Southern Federalist party voted against us.

For years the Southern Federalist party and their friends have begged me to raise taxes on the working class. They have attacked me viciously for charging such high rates to the millionaires and billionaires in the press and in their television propaganda spots.

But today in Frémont, no-one who earns less than $125,000 a year owes a cent in taxes to Denver or Des Moines. This is entirely thanks to the policies of the Labor party.

When you vote the Labor ticket, you are not just voting for your fellow Iowans. You are voting for your own interests.

A Labor administration means more jobs in green energy, green infrastructure, and green manufacturing; more money for rural schools and hospitals; more money for flood protection; more freedom for working people to decide their own destinies; more freedom for small farmers to make an honest living without the oppressive domination of Southern big agriculture.

The Federalists do not even pretend to support these programs. That is because they have no interest in Iowa and no understanding of its people or traditions.

Not one Frémonter has appeared to speak on behalf of the Federalist candidates in the course of this campaign. Their surrogates are drawn entirely from the ranks of the Southern political establishment.

We may well believe them when they say their party is "the party of the South."

The people of Iowa have had enough of Southern domination. They have had enough of a governor who only works to obstruct the people's business, instead of working for the people.

That is why you are going to vote the Labor ticket on election day.

Together we are going to take back Des Moines for the people of Iowa!

We are going to win!
