Radio ad to air in the following Virginia counties: Loudoun, Prince William, Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Manassas, Stafford, Fredericksburg, Albermarle, Charlottesville, Henrico, Richmond, Chesterfield, Petersburg, Norfolk, Newport News, Hampton, Virginia Beach

Narrator: Confederate statues still stand across our great state

Narrator: The right would prefer they stay there, with many on the right voicing their support

Narrator: Virginia knows better. Virginia is a state for all.

Narrator: The left coalition recognizes this and will push to remove these statues as a top legislative priority.

Narrator: It's past time that we live up to our promise of equality, the left coalition, if elected, will help us live up to that promise.

Good evening Arizona. The local elections are coming up, and yes-these do matter. Those of you who came out to support me and the Labor Party in the last election, and even those you did not support us, these elections are similarly important for determining your future. I have worked with the Labor bloc in this great state for years, even going back to my times as Senator for Fremont. And you can be sure of this-they will fight for you.

The right wingers want you to forget about the important policy issues, but those issues aren't going away. And so the way we actually deal with these issues is to get a Labor majority in the state legislature. As much as national and regional politics are important, so much policy is made at the state level and so you need the best and the brightest in Phoenix.

Climate change in particular is a big problem in Arizona. We're working hard nationally, but Arizona needs a state government that has a plan to reduce emissions and to mitigate and sometimes adapt to the impacts of climate change. Arizona will be one of the worst hit states in the entire country from unchecked climate change. The crisis calls for leaders that are awake to the threat and willing to do everything in their power to protect their state from it. There are also great opportunities if we get this right, and a vote for Labor helps put this state on the path to a clean energy future.

More broadly, Labor is the party that will fight for hard-working Arizonans. The Labor Party will safely reopen Arizona's economy, and build back better from this crisis. Income inequality is already a severe issue here, and it would be wrong to let the gap widen even further. A vote for Labor is a vote for a better future, where the government gives the vulnerable the help they need and reduces Arizona's poverty rate (which is one of the highest in the nation).

The choice before you is about the kind of state you want to live in. Labor stands for a fair, compassionate and open Arizona, and I know our great team will serve you very well. Now is your chance to turn out and vote for that future.

The Railroad Party would like to form a pact with the Labor Party in the August's Lincoln NPC elections (WI, MI, IN) in exchange for 8% (1 in 12) of the spots on the Labor slate/list in each of those states being reserved for Railroad Party members.

It's great to be here in this historic city of Juneau, Alaska!

This great city not only marks the state capital, but also the location where pro-secession troops were deployed during the Alaska Crisis of January 2019.  This was my first test as the new First Minister of the Commonwealth, and thanks to the sheer grit of the regional and federal governments, the traitors surrendered without a single drop of blood shed on either side!

I've always had Alaska's interests at heart.  That's why as First Minister, I signed the Alaska Permanent Fund Bailout which saved the state's oil dividend program and preserved the public university system, which at the time was under the threat of steep budget cuts in an effort to shore up the permanent fund.

No doubt that Labor is the party that's always stood for Alaska values and always will.  Labor will empower the people to preserve this state's unique way of life.  Labor will ensure a future for all Alaskans in the midst of a changing energy economy.  Labor will conserve Alaska's resources and incredible wildlife, both on land and by sea.  And Labor will continue its leadership in combating COVID-19 and aiding the economic recovery.

PR: Ted Bessell to "Tour" CA for Labor Party

Photo by Harold Litwiler via Flickr, sourced from Creative Commons

VENTURA, CA - Congressman Ted Bessell kicked off a California-wide campaign tour today, appearing with NPC candidates as he seeks election to the Senate in August.

The longtime public servant, who served in both houses of Congress prior to a lengthy departure from the game, is a lifelong resident of Southern California. Here is an excerpt from remarks the Congressman delivered at the rally.

Quote
Hello, Ventura! Great to be here. Can’t beat this weather. Yeesh.

Now, this might sound corny, but we’re here today because we care. We care about what kind of city we want Ventura to be, the kind of place we want California to be. The kind of country we want to live in. Sure, Senate elections are important. But that change, that real change, it starts lower-down. It starts right here, in our own communities. That’s why even though strategic registration has become more and more common, in four years in this game, I’ve never once moved outside the great State of California.

Local issues matter. For example, look at what’s going on with farmworkers right now. These guys are a huge part of Ventura’s economy. They work in the fields all day, tirelessly, for low wages and no benefits. They produce half the strawberries in the entire country and they get nothing — they live in company dorms, sometimes eight to a room. Squalid conditions. And that’s why dozens of farmworkers, right here in our county, have been infected with COVID-19. They can’t socially distance. Their employers sure as hell aren’t giving them PPE. The County isn’t doing a thing. Right now, nobody is looking out for them.

I can promise you this: when Labor gets a majority here in the next elections, that is over. We’re going to put teeth on the regulations that are supposed to keep our workers safe. And we are going to make sure that, whether it’s COVID or pesticides or getting a fair shake on their wages, there’s someone speaking up for people who have been denied a voice for too damn long.

This isn’t just big talk. I wrote the Feed Frémonters Act to make sure that the produce farmworkers are farming got out of the fields, and into the hands of people who are going hungry. I got legislation passed here in Frémont to make housing affordable. The state legislators here do many of the same things. And that’s just the beginning — when we win here in California, we will keep fighting for you like we always have.

Again, always a pleasure. Thank you.

Radio/Television Ad - airing in all urban Californian media markets

Narrator: California. The Golden State. For years, we've been blazing a progressive trail for all Atlasia to follow - people of all colors and walks of life joining together to fight for equal rights and opportunities. From the halls of UC Berkeley to the streets of Watts, Californians have never hesitated to stand up for each other and unite for change, even as nefarious forces sought to divide and oppress us. And our Labor representatives hear us - whether it be in Sacramento, Denver, or Nyman, they've been constantly fighting alongside us to finally fulfill the hallowed words of our founders - all men are created equal. Keep faith in the fight, and we hope that you'll join us in voting Labor this August.

Speech by Labor Party Chair and Southern Governor MB at El Morro in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The night is warm and the enthusiasm is high.

Puerto Rico.

Presidential visit to Tulsa, Oklahoma
UNLEASH OKLAHOMA'S POTENTIAL
Good morning Tulsa!

I'm here today because the great state of Oklahoma has an important choice to make in the upcoming state elections. Yes, these do matter. Those of you who worked your hearts out for our Labor majority federally and for me need to be on full alert again. In less than two weeks time, you get to decide what kind of state you want to live in. Labbor is the party of progress, and a vote for Labor candidates will unleash Oklahoma's potential.

Oklahoma has been held back for far too long by reactionary leadership. This can be seen in several key areas, and it needs to change. A prosperous future depends on good education, and this is an even more pressing issue in Oklahoma than it is for the nation as a whole. Last year, Oklahoma was ranked as one of the biggest underperformers in the nation for education and child wellbeing. We need to do better, and the Labor Party offers the solutions. I am proud to stand alongside a slate that is offering bold and visionary solutions for this great state. We will invest record-amounts in education-rebuilding and repairing broken schools, giving kids the support they need and giving teachers a big boost in pay. We will attract more people into the teaching profession. Finally, Oklahoma kids will have a government that puts them first.

We will do it by raising the state level of corporate tax, and raising the top level of income tax. The richest in Oklahoma have it better than those in almost any other state. It's time those who got ahead give more back, so that the rest of us have a shot, rather than pulling up the ladder behind them. Oklahoma's tax system is one of the most regressive in the nation, so the additional savings will cut the regressive sales tax-which is one of the highest in the nation. Labor is going to give working Oklahoman families the help they need. Oklahoma has great potential, your vote will unleash that potential. Let's do this!

Note; Unlike a certain real-life presidential visit to Tulsa, this visit was in front of a modestly sized, socially distanced crowd in an outdoor space that all wore masks.

rally held with social distancing, livestreamed on AK Labor website

Hello, folks! I'm glad to be here in the beautiful city of Anchorage today.

Both in Alaska and across Atlasia, the Labor Party has always been an advocate for the little man. We've constantly supported initiatives to help working-class Alaskans by fighting against big business to ensure their rights. As the existential threat that is climate change has marched on, we've championed a strong response that leaves no Alaskan behind. And perhaps most importantly in this tumultuous time, President Pericles and Labor have led a forceful and effective response to the coronavirus - working both to halt the spread and to keep small businesses afloat.

This is why I'm here today - to ask you to help Alaska Labor secure a majority in the August elections. From Juneau to Denver to Nyman, Labor representatives have constantly shown a fierce desire to fight against corruption and big money to ensure that the rights of all are protected. I hope y'all can help us win this fight. And now, I'd like to introduce the next Governor of Alaska...

Radio/Television Ad - airing in Anchorage and Fairbanks Media Markets, high intensity in conservative Wasilla area

Narrator: The Green Party. Literal Marxists. Bad for Alaska. Led by erratic carpetbaggers like PSOL and Laki, they support radical Soviet-era policies that rob working Alaskans blind and kill the oil markets that are driving this state forward - they want to make Alaska Russian again. And, they're about to gain a whole lot of power - if Labor doesn't gain a majority, the Greens will enter government and use their clout to destroy the Alaskan values that we all hold dear. We patriots have a difficult choice to make, but with the Federalists giving up here, voting Labor is the only choice we have. Don't let communist, unproven clowns into government.

Radio/Television Ad - running in major media markets in Alaska, South Dakota, and California

Narrator: Atlasia's facing an unprecedented challenge - COVID has forced us to face a wild, raging river that we all must cross together. Under President Pericles, we've made great progress fording this seemingly impassable barrier - by aggressively fighting COVID right from the get-go, Labor governments managed to slow the spread, while also keeping a keen eye on ensuring that Atlasian workers could stay afloat. So, why should we change horses in the middle of a stream? The DA is a shiny new party that's completely unproven, and we can't trust them to manage COVID as well as our Labor Party representatives have. Vote Labor this August - we need to stick with proven leadership that will see this crisis through to the end.

To air across Indiana

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/School

Narrator: School, it's where we send our children, it's where they learn

https://www.moneysmartguides.com/cutting-monthly-expenses-save-ton-money-month

Narrator: Yet, the right wing of Indiana is more interested in diverting public school funding to private charter schools for their and their donors' rich kids

https://www.123rf.com/photo_3387602_illustration-of-a-graph-where-the-figures-suddenly-fall-through-the-floor.html

Narrator: They've tried this before: in 2010, they gutted Indiana's public school funding and our education suffered as a result.

Narrator: With the pandemic, learning has become harder than ever before. Yet, the right wing still wants to divert public school funding

Narrator: Labor will protect funding for our public schools, so that all kids can get a good education

Narrator: Labor will work to expand funding for our public schools to get better classroom materials for our teachers and students

For clarification, as a certain political party fails to get it, I'll just say this. The assumption that we have been making for the NPC elections is that we start from the real-life situation or something pretty close to it. This means that the real-life problems in the states are pretty much the same, for example that Michigan has not fixed the damn roads.

rally held with social distancing, livestreamed on CA Labor website

Hello, my friends!

I'm here at the this beautiful future FrémontRail station here in Vacaville to talk about infrastructure. As our vibrant cities continue to expand outward, it's crucial that infrastructure keeps up with demand. And, in the face of potentially devastating climate change, it's also important that we consider the environmental impacts of how we collectively get from Point A to Point B. That's why I proposed a comprehensive infrastructure bill in Parliament that addresses both concerns. The bill provides generous funding to improve public transportation connections between communities - like this new railway station linking Vacaville to San Francisco, Los Angeles, and beyond - while also ensuring that these projects are eco-conscious. My friends in California Labor are committed to constantly improving infrastructure in the Golden State - from keeping roadways well-maintained to creating expansive, green public transportation options - and we hope voters like you will give us a mandate to continue fighting for it.

And now, let's give a warm, warm welcome to California's next governor, ...
