Where's the Q&A Thread for Atlasia?

Does this board have an official Q&A thread, and if so, why isn't it "stickied" to the top of its main page? I read the (very helpful) resources maintained by Laki in their Introduction to Atlasia thread, where they stated new players are free to ask any questions of our choosing. However, there seem to be very few posts (including none that were recently written)—and only from apparently experienced and accomplished office-holders, at that.

Well, as the intro thread said:

If you have questions or need advice, feel free to post them here or start a thread on the Fantasy Elections board —veteran players will be happy to help you.

Which is what you're doing right now so congratulations. Presumably that is why there are no "recently written" posts in that thread, because everyone who wants to ask questions starts a thread of their own.

The linked examples in that thread were Laki's idea (previous iterations of the intro thread didn't have them) and they're mostly from long-serving players since those were easier for him to find.
