Campaiging is open. The post mortem and the polling will be up soon, probably not today.

Excellent work on the county, state and precint maps! They're wonderful.

I've added a new rule, parties will only be able to post up to five events on the final day of campaigning and have them graded normally. Anything beyond that will have its points cut in half (Example: if a speech got a 4 in total, the actual points will only be 2). This should discourage parties from focusing too much on the final hours - as it will be less of a productive investment - and will also reflect how last minute campaigning in RL can only do so much.

Not to press, but is there a timeline on polling?

Barring a miracle, not today. Hopefully soon, but I'm not in a position to give a firm ETA given the current backlog of stuff to do.

I should note that the party still legally exists, and is therefore still "on". Having said that, this specific case is essentially a direct consequence of an abnormal concentration of surviving Green members in that state.

Harry Hayfield is a member, having been the Midwestern Lt. Governor from November 2007 to Huh?, he still may hold some power.

The link is broken.

But in any case, John Engle was set to be the next Governor of Iowa and the Feds ratf#cked him for some boring generic backbencher. It is an injustice that the Feds control Iowa without John Engle at the helm. Very sad.

I agree with that and the fact that John Engle was replaced according to this is sad, especially by a nobody who probably doesn't exist and has no name

Indeed.

Guy people are horrible, but like Mr. Engle I pray for them. A Governor Engle would allow guy people to live their lifestyle instead of waging a culture war.

But, instead of embracing him, the right falsely accused him of being a troll and funded a libel campaign against him during the primary. And even then they barely managed to win Iowa, while Engle would've landslided it.

1. Pax endorses Labor in LA-Gov and FL-Gov
2. Labor endorses Pax in DE-Gov
3. We won't run against each other in marginal districts (if Lumine can get that to work)

Will try to get something for Monday, no promises.

1. Pax endorses Labor in LA-Gov and FL-Gov
2. Labor endorses Pax in DE-Gov
3. We won't run against each other in marginal districts (if Lumine can get that to work)

Noted (point 3 is a bit too sweeping in scope to be simulated, can only be accounted for as a very minor factor)

Indeed. Polling shows results for the state legislatures as opposed to governorship (results will be separated as during last month)

There was a bit of a snafu with the ending time last round - it's currently 2:54 PM Pacific Time (and 5:54 PM according to my Atlas clock), so would it be accurate to say campaigning closes at 10PM Pacific Time, or about 7 hours from this post?

5 hours (and 13 minutes) left by my count. Friendly reminder that today's campaign events only recieve half the usual points.
