Would Harrington win the Democratic vote?

Hard for me to say, but I would certainly hope so. And that he would carry at least a few of the Black Belt counties (like Jefferson, Chicot, and Desha). A racist such as Tom Cotton does not deserve to reserve a virtually unanimous mandate from the electorate.
