With poll after poll looking extremely promising for Kelly and Hickenlooper, will the NRSC start moving resource away from Arizona and Colorado and towards states like Georgia and Iowa?

They think those races are still tossups, and they can have "upsets" in MN and VA, so probably no. I think they'll get too cocky on expanding the map, instead if playing defense, which is what they need to do this cycle.

I could see them shifting more resources to the next tier, especially North Carolina.  But not sure how much return you get at a point in states like Maine and Montana, which are cheap media markets.  So they probably still spend in AZ/CO but shift more to Alabama and North Carolina and maybe a few other places like Iowa.

Their thinking is inaccurate, then.

They might triage Arizona. But Gardner is an incumbent and a former NRSC chair, so they'll probably keep pumping money there till the bitter end.

They also considered NV, AZ, TN (and even WI, at some point) far more competitive than MT, WV, and OH in 2018 (under "strong" NRSC chair Cory Gardner), so no one should be surprised by this. These people are astonishingly bad at their job.

It's not as if there's going to be a shortage of money for either party to spend a few million on some stretch races.

We may have some African American Senators Harrison and Warnock maybe getting close to winning. I have always said that Harrison can manage to pull off the upset, and could win rather that Cunningham due to fact Tillis isnt polarizing like Daines or McConnell. If Trump loses in Nov, the GA runoff in GA with Warnock can happen

McSally is also an incumbent.

McSally is also an incumbent.

An appointed one who has already lost an election for the other seat.
