Biden - 45
Trump - 44

Was Trump +3 (46-43) in mid-May.

They still have 11% undecided/other, the same as in May? These pollsters need to start pushing people, FFS.

Interesting though that this was one of the only positive polls Trump got from NC (along with one other I believe), and now it's showing a Biden lead as well.

Seems about right. NC will be within a point either way.

This was one of Trump's best polls showing him up by three in May.

So Bidens probably really up by 3-4.

Most of these swing states whoever loses is still going to get 46-47% of the vote. Hard to tell much from polls that have the winner below that and in fact this is a primary reason you see polls being wrong.

As someone who feels very bearish about Democratic chances in this state overall, I'll take this.

Trump approval 44, disapproval 51 with registered voters, 42-51 on COVID-19, and 35-52 on handling of the protests of the death of George Floyd.

51% disapproval is about the maximum disapproval for someone seeking re-election as President getting re-elected at this stage, and President Trump needs support over 44 by now. 44% approval at the start of the electoral season is adequate, but Trump needed to get that level rising by now. He has not, to put it mildly.

The big question at this point is whether Joe Biden will go for the kill in North Carolina instead of somewhere else. That is up to the Biden campaign, and even that might not be relevant by November.
