I think that McConnell is a worse incumbent than Graham, but that Harrison is a better challenger than McGrath.

SC. KY is redder than SC, and even though McConnel isn't well liked personally by many people, he gives KY a seat at the table they otherwise wouldn't have. KY is weak Safe R and SC is strong Likely R.
