Strange for the Nazis and the Communists to be in agreement on anything...but I guess bringing down the Government would be that thing that brings them together.

I will give the government time to organize policy moves and a strategy against the no confidence vote (whether that be gaining the votes to stop it or just calling for new elections), but the procedure keeping the vote down will run out and I will put it up in the thread I'll say July 21st perhaps? Depends on how fast they move.

I actually can't imagine the Social Democrats voting to keep Von Papen in power, based on their reaction to his support of the "personal loyalty oaths to Hindenburg", but then again, I can't imagine them siding with the Nazis and the Communists either.

This scenario should be very interesting.

The Chancellor and national ministers must have the confidence of the Reichstag for the exercise of their offices. Any one of them must resign if the Reichstag withdraws its confidence by express resolution.

I checked on Wikipedia, and there doesn't appear to be an answer to the question.

If anyone actually has a copy of the Weimar Constitution in front of them, I'd like to know too.

Do abstentions reduce the majority threshold?

A resolution of the Reichstag requires a simple majority of the votes cast, except as the constitution requires another majority. The rules of procedure of the Reichstag may permit exceptions in the case of elections held by it.
