A Treaty between the Kingdom of Prussia and the Kingdom of Quebec,

1.) The signatories hereby recognize the historical links between both nations, including the kinship between both houses of Hohenzollern. They also recognize the mutual benefits to be found in a close relationship. Therefore, both signatories hereby commit to the following:

Proclamations from His Majesty

Concerning Technology and the Sciences

It is the deeply-held belief of His Majesty that the present times require proper recognition of the role of science in the continued development and the future prosperity of the Kingdom of Quebec. Said recognition must also include proper support to ensure the Kingdom remains an innovative, dynamic and modern nation, and it is for these reasons that we announce the foundation of a new Académie des sciences within the city of Montreal, under which the Crown will be offering patronage and financial support to promising Quebecois scientists and technicians, and will also be partially open to foreign applicants interested in working for Quebec.

We further announce our intention to bring the so-called “rail-road” to the Kingdom in order to ensure better transport and communication across our provinces, to be built, operated and run under control of the Kingdom. Recognizing the new advances made in the realm of communication, the Kingdom of Quebec will be offering substantial rewards and patent opportunities to inventors who can improve existing methods of large-distance communication or create new ones, a service for which they will be greatly rewarded.

Concerning Domestic Security and the Frontier

Recognizing the benefits of military training and instruction and of undertaking efforts to improve the home defence of the Kingdom, we decree the formation of a Garde Nationale, a volunteer force that will serve as an effective reserve, to be deployed in cases of domestic unrest or should the national defence demand it.

Also, recognizing the need to safeguard the lives and well-being of the brave Quebecois colonists in our Western provinces, and the general importance of maintaining law and order in the region to prevent acts of violence and unfairness, we decree the formation of a Pacific Gendarmerie to patrol territories, support colonists and maintain the peace.

Concerning the Western Provinces

The Crown offers its congratulations to the brave pioneers that have reached the Pacific Ocean and settled on territories rightfully claimed by the Kingdom. The Pacific territories under current Quebecois control shall be known as the Vaudreuil Territory.

A Treaty between the New England Confederation and the Kingdom of Quebec,

1.) The signatories hereby recognize the historical links between both nations, dating back to their close relationship in their respective struggles for independence. They also recognize the mutual benefits to be found in a close relationship. Therefore, both signatories hereby commit to the following:

A Treaty between the Russian Empire and the Kingdom of Quebec,

1.) The signatories hereby recognize the intrinsic benefits of a positive relationship between each other, as well as the importance of avoiding unnecessary conflict over the Pacific Region. Therefore, both signatories hereby commit to the following:

2.) Increased economic interaction, including access for Russian and Quebecois goods to their respective markets and a tariff reduction of 15%.

3.) The recognition of clear areas of influence and/or interest, not to be breached by colonists of either signatory.

4.) A Russian sphere of influence which encompasses the Aleutian Islands, the length of the Yukon River, and the Alaskan Panhandle, to be known as Russian America.

5.) A territorial exchange to consolidate clear areas of influence, under which Quebec transfers current Alaskan settlements and renounces claims to Alaska, and under which Russia transfers Vancouver Island and the additional southern settlements.

6.) A five-year non-aggression pact.

Hudson Accords

Recognizing the importance of their New World and transatlantic partnership, the Kingdoms of Quebec and Scandinavia, hereafter referred to as the signatories, have formulated the following agreement.:

I . The signatories agree to respect the sovereignty of one another, and are forbidden from undertaking any action which would violate the national sovereignty of either signatory. Failure to adhere to this clause will render the remainder of the agreement void.
II . The signatories agree to a reduction of docking fees for their trading vessels of 25%,
III . The signatories reaffirm the freedom of maritime travel in the Hudson Bay.
IV . The signatories reaffirm the rights of Quebecois fishermen on both sides of the Great Slave Lake and in the Arctic Archipelago.
V . This agreement shall be up for renewal every third year after its signing.

A Treaty between the Republic of Brazil and the Kingdom of Quebec,

1.) The signatories hereby recognize the common interests that both our nations share, as well as a mutual desire for strong and effective collaboration to pursue said interests. Therefore, both signatories hereby commit to the following:

2.) A close economic relationship, in which both signatories commit to lower current tariffs by 33%, and to consider each other as a “Favoured Nation” in terms of trade.

5.) A commitment to support – through different and varied means - the present struggles of fellow American nations suffering from the yoke of Spanish tyranny.

6.) A positive military relationship, enabling military advisors from both signatories to aid in the development of the Brazilian and Quebecois navies and armies.

Treaty of Potsdam
I. A state of peace shall exist between the King of Louisana, the King of Prussia, and the King of Spain.
II. A canal in Panama shall be built, funded, and administrated by a three member Panama Canal Commission. One member each shall be appointed by the King of Louisiana, the King of Prussia, and the King of Spain.
III. The Commission recognizes the territory and jurisdiction of Spanish America over the Canal.
IV. Spanish America recognizes the administrative authority of the Panama Canal Commission over said Canal.
V. Ships flying the Prussian and Spanish flags shall enjoy all rights and liberties in ports of the Kingdom of Louisiana, and such rights shall be recipricated to ships flyin the Louisianan flag.
VI. The borders of the Kingdom of Louisana, the Kingdom of Mexico, and Spanish America are recognized as thus:

Be it therefore agreed that the Kingdoms of Naples and Prussia:

-Preapre an exchange of ambassadors and establishment of cordial diplomatic relations between the two nations.

-Agree to a reduction of tariffs between the two kingdoms, to enable international commerce between the nations.

1.) The signatories hereby open a formal diplomatic relationship between their respective nations, recognizing the immense value inherent in close diplomatic, economic and military ties. Persia and Prussia shall continue their relationship via formal ambassadors.

2.) The signatories commit to a trade alliance, lowering current tariffs by 30% and undertaking measures to expand trade.

3.) Prussian merchants will be allowed to trade in the port of Abadan.

4.) Both nations will pursue the development of an extensive series of railroads. Both nations will have a 50% stake in Persia Rail.

The Treaty of Sao Paulo
A Treaty between the Divine Republic of Brazil and the Kingdom of Prussia,

1.- The signatories hereby agree to a full cessation of direct and indirect hostilities, including any acts of espionage and/or blockade.

2.- The signatories, whilst recognizing the inherent differences of their own systems of government, agree to advance towards a positive working relationship.

3.- The Kingdom of Prussia will sell and transfer the Prussian Guyana territory to the Divine Republic of Brazil, via payment of an appropriate sum (OOC: to be determined by Spamage), a 50% reduction of tariffs on Prussian merchants, goods and overall trade, and a preferential trade status to be established.

4.- The signatories recognize their present borders and areas of influence. They also commit not to undermine, obstruct or weaken each other through the use of intrigue or spies.

A treaty between the Russian Empire and the Kingdom of Prussia,

1.- The signatories hereby agree to a full alliance, and pledge to work together to address the unforgivable acts of aggression inflicted upon both nations.

2.- The signatories recognize their respective regencies as the only lawful and legitimate governments of Prussia and Russia, led respectively by Queen Regent Augusta, and by Czarina Regent Maria Augusta.

3.- The signatories commit not to sign a separate peace from each other in the Great Eastern War.

An accord between the Kingdom of France and the Kingdom of Prussia,

1.) The signatories hereby recognize their mutual and common desire to maintain a positive and constructive relationship, as well as to respect and recognize their current areas of influence.

2.) For the duration of the Great Eastern War, the Kingdom of France will guarantee the continued integrity and security of the Prussian colonies against external powers, acting as a protector. This protection may entail the commonly-agreed deployment of 100 French advisors per colony to deter acts of aggression.

3.) The Kingdom of Prussia hereby commits to a reduction of tariffs (50%) placed on France in the South African territories. The Kingdom of Prussia also commits to promoting the French language as a second language in its colonies.

4.) The signatories both commit not to undermine, obstruct or weaken each other through the use of intrigue or spies.
