A Decree on the Foundation of the Russian-American Company

The Empire has long held forts upon the western shore of the North American continent, and it is now the intention of His Imperial Majesty to establish settlements within Russian America. Whereupon is announced the formation of The Russian-American Company Under the High Patronage of His Imperial Majesty, to be headed by Baron Ferdinand von Wrangel. Under the direction of the Baron von Wrangel, the company shall construct settlements across Russian America where they see fit. The company will receive as many serfs as they deem necessary for settlement, as well as katoga convicts should they run out. To ensure that Russian boundaries in the region are respected, the settlers are to be accompanied by Russian troops.

Viborg Agreement

The Tsardom of Russia and the Kingdom of Scandinavia, hereafter referred to as the signatories, agree to the following:

I . The signatories agree to respect the sovereignty of one another, and are forbidden from undertaking any action which would violate the national sovereignty of either signatory. Failure to adhere to this clause will render the remainder of the agreement void.
II . The signatories agree to free merchant docking rights in the Russian city of St. Petersburg and the Scandinavian city of Stockholm.
III . The signatories agree to a reduction of border fees between the Scandinavian Baltic provinces and the Tsardom of Russia by 50% for the purpose of encouraging new mercantile ventures.

The Treaty of Alaska (1835),
A Treaty between the Russian Empire and the Kingdom of Quebec,

1.) The signatories hereby recognize the intrinsic benefits of a positive relationship between each other, as well as the importance of avoiding unnecessary conflict over the Pacific Region. Therefore, both signatories hereby commit to the following:

Statement from the Winter Palace

For the past 50 years, Persia has been subject to shameful treatment by the great powers. Her neighbors, as well as certain European nations, partook in her dismemberment and the murder of her royal family. Now, the Khanate of Khiva and the Durrani Empire have occupied parts of the country, capitalizing on her disorder for their own benefit. We cannot allow this. The strong nations must protect the weak, especially in cases of such unbridled aggression as we have seen in Persia. Therefore, we formally declare war upon the Khanate of Khiva, and upon the Durrani Empire. Until they withdraw completely their forces now occupying Persia, there can be no peace, and there can be no compromise.

Treaty of Versailles

I. The Suez Canal shall be administrated by an eight member Suez Canal Commission. One member each shall be appointed by: the Ottoman Empire, Russia, Scandinavia, France, the British Empire, the Netherlands, Austria, and Prussia.
II. The Commission recognizes the territory and jurisdiction of the Ottoman Empire over the Canal.
III. The Ottoman Empire recognizes the administrative authority of the Suez Canal Commission over said Canal.

Treaty of Okhostk

The realms of Russia and Joseon pledge to the promotion of peace and amity between our subjects.

Among the measures taken to so promote amity shall be measures to promote commercial intercourse.

To that end, Russian ships and merchants in general shall be permitted to trade at the Joseon port of Donghae while Joseon ships and merchants shall be permitted to trade at the Russian port of Okhostk.

Moreover, the merchants and ships of the Russian-American Company shall be treated as a separate customs regime from Imperial Russia, such that reciprocal tariffs under the Joseon Edict on Import Duties, 2 Heonjong for their goods shall be determined solely on the basis of the tariffs imposed on goods imported to Russian America and not by the tariffs on imposed on goods imported to Imperial Russia.

Furthermore, the merchants and ships of the Russian-American Company shall have access to the ports of Incheon, Donghae, and Jeju in exchange for Joseon merchants and ships having access to the ports of New Archangel (Sitka), Ounalaska (Dutch Harbor), and Paul's Harbor (Kodiak).
