The Kingdom of Scandinavia, and the Kingdom of Prussia, hereby referred to as the signatories, agree to the following:

I . A pact of mutual defense is agreed upon, wherein one signatory is bound to come to the aid of the other, in the event of another great power’s commencement of war against the other.

   a . Included in this mutual defense is an automatic embargo against any aggressor power which declares war on the signatories.

II . The signatories agree to a removal of docking fees and a 50% reduction of tariffs in the Prussian ports of Lubeck, Danzig, and Konigsberg, and the Scandinavian ports of Malmo, Turku, and Fredrikstad.

III . The protection of Schleswig-Holstein’s German population will be codified.
 
   a . The Kingdom of Scandinavia’s sovereignty over the Duchy of Schleswig-Holstein is reaffirmed.
 
   b . The Prussian King’s role as protector of Schleswig-Holsteiner Germans is reaffirmed.
      1 . To ensure their protection, the Prussian King, with the approval of the Danish Minister of State, will appoint a liaison to reside in Kiel. This liaison will confirm to the Prussian court the proper treatment of the German population.

A Declaration on the Operation of the Suez Canal

We, the Undersigned, declare without regard to the current conflict occurring within the Eyalet of Egypt, that the right of travel through the Suez is of paramount interest to the peace and prosperity of the civilized world. As such, the Suez Maritime Canal should always be free and open, in time of war as in time of peace, to every vessel of commerce or of war, without distinction of flag.

A Treaty between the Kingdom of Prussia and the Kingdom of Quebec,

1.) The signatories hereby recognize the historical links between both nations, including the kinship between both houses of Hohenzollern. They also recognize the mutual benefits to be found in a close relationship. Therefore, both signatories hereby commit to the following:

The United Kingdom of Great Britain, Ireland, and the Americas and the Kingdom of Prussia, hereby referred to as the signatories, agree to the following:

III. Both Kingdoms commit to a closer relationship and a shared friendship based on mutual values and a desire for stability and prosperity.

Prague Conference

In the interests of maintaining peace in Germany and across the continent, the Habsburg Monarchy, the Kingdom of Prussia, and the Kingdom of Scandinavia, hereafter referred to as the signatories, have agreed to the following terms:

I . The entrance of any new German state into either the Holy Roman Empire or the German League must be approved unanimously by the signatories.
II . Both the Kingdom of Prussia and Habsburg Monarchy agree to cease individual negotiations with member states of the Holy Roman Empire and the German League respectively, and to only negotiate through their suprastate bodies.
III . The signatories agree to a mutual defensive alliance in order to protect the status quo in Germany. Any attack on one signatory will oblige the other signatories to commence hostilities with the offending state.
IV . The Electorate of Saxony’s borders will be restored to their pre-1780 status, with the lands lost being transferred to the Kingdom of Prussia.
V . The Duchy of Wurttemberg will resume its place within the Holy Roman Empire.

Treaty of Versailles

I. The Suez Canal shall be administrated by an eight member Suez Canal Commission. One member each shall be appointed by: the Ottoman Empire, Russia, Scandinavia, France, the British Empire, the Netherlands, Austria, and Prussia.
II. The Commission recognizes the territory and jurisdiction of the Ottoman Empire over the Canal.
III. The Ottoman Empire recognizes the administrative authority of the Suez Canal Commission over said Canal.

The Treaty of Sao Paulo
A Treaty between the Divine Republic of Brazil and the Kingdom of Prussia,

1.- The signatories hereby agree to a full cessation of direct and indirect hostilities, including any acts of espionage and/or blockade.

2.- The signatories, whilst recognizing the inherent differences of their own systems of government, agree to advance towards a positive working relationship.

3.- The Kingdom of Prussia will sell and transfer the Prussian Guyana territory to the Divine Republic of Brazil, via payment of an appropriate sum (OOC: to be determined by Spamage), a 50% reduction of tariffs on Prussian merchants, goods and overall trade, and a preferential trade status to be established.

4.- The signatories recognize their present borders and areas of influence. They also commit not to undermine, obstruct or weaken each other through the use of intrigue or spies.

Murder and Espionage in Lisbon!

Comrades,

It is known in every corner of the world that the heroism of the late King Antonio of Portugal was matched only by the vile depravity of those most black and infamous fiends responsible for his murder.  Like his son, he was that rare man who can truly be said to have been called an enlightened monarch.  He saw the dastardly depravity of the reactionary monarchist system and yet...he used it against itself to do the Lord's work.  Thankfully, it is already plain that Antonio's son has learned from his father's example.  

However, we have been conducted a comprehensive inquiry into his death and can definitively report that this assassination was the result of foreign espionage by a most black and infamous fiend seeking to frame both the Catholic-Republican nations of the world and the kingdom of Spain in an effort to spark a war between Portugal and one of us.  There is much and more that can be said about Spain's prior perfidy, but neither they nor we had any part in this wicked crime.  And yet, we have learned that this act of COLD-BLOODED MURDER was personally ordered by a foreign monarch.

In fact, our inquiry has - with the guidance of our Father in heaven - determined that the true culprit was either the King of France or the King of Prussia. While there was initially some evidence pointing to the King of England, further inquiries suggest that England is no longer a likely suspect.  The Eyes of the Lord are watching and all sinners would do well to remember that His judgement cometh and soon!

Joseon-Brazil Treaty of Trade and Amity

The realms of Brazil and Joseon pledge to the promotion of peace and amity between our subjects.

Among the measures taken to so promote amity shall be measures to promote commercial intercourse.

To that end, Brazilian ships and merchants shall be permitted to trade at the Joseon ports of Incheon and Donghae while Joseon ships and merchants shall be permitted to trade at the Brazilian ports of Santos and Manaus.

The navies of Brazil and Joseon will cooperate to aid the commercial vessels of both realms against the ravages of weather and pirates.

In the event of storms or other dangers, our commercial vessels shall be able to seek shelter and succor in the harbors of either of our realms.

Concordat of Sao Paulo

1. The Holy See officially recognizes the governments of the Divine Republic of Brazil, Holy People's Republic of Colombia, Republic of Lower Peru, Sacred Union of Paraguay, Republic of Uruguay, Republic of Ecuador, and Kingdom of Portugal. Apostolic nuncios will be sent to the respective capitals forthwith.

2. The Church in the aforementioned South American states shall retain autonomy over the ordination of new priests.

3. The Papacy has the right to appoint bishops to vacancies in the South American Church, albeit from a pool of potential candidates nominated by the respective government.

4. This treaty reaffirms the historic and unbreakable bonds of the Universal Church in Rome and South America.

1. Recognizing the historic nature and universal benefits of their historic peace, the representatives of the Kingdom of Spain and the Divine Republic of Brazil, Holy People's Republic of Colombia, Republic of Lower Peru, Sacred Union of Paraguay, Republic of Ecuador, and Kingdom of Portugal (hereafter referred to as the "Catholic League") reiterate their peaceful relations.

2. In the event the Kingdom of Spain and the Catholic League should find themselves on opposite sides of a global conflict, the neutrality of the powers towards one another is reaffirmed throughout the world.

3. The Kingdom of Spain and Catholic League reaffirm the blossoming trade and commercial ties between their many territories and pledge to work to expand this relationship moving forward.

4. The existing borders in South and Central America are reaffirmed.
