In which order would you rate the presumptive/likely nominees in semi-competitive Senate races this cycle? Those races would include imho:

AK: Al Gross
AZ: Mark Kelly
CO: John Hickenlooper (although he is not guaranteed nominee, I still think he's likely to win the primary)
GA: Jon Ossoff
GA/S: Raphael Warnock
IA: Theresa Greenfield
KS: Barbara Bollier
KY: Charles Booker (Amy McGrath would be at the bottom of my list anyways)
ME: Sara Gideon
MT: Steve Bullock
NC: Cal Cunningham
SC: Jamie Harrison
TX: MJ Hegar (yeah runoff has yet to take place)

My ranking would be:

1. Bullock
2. Kelly (could argue that other candidates would make this race competitive/lean D as well considering McSally's incompetence, while Bullock is the only available candidate to make MT that close)
3. Gross
4. Harrison
5. Bollier
6. Gideon
7. Cunningham
8. Warnock
9. Greenfield
10. Ossoff
11. Booker
12. Hegar
13. Hickenlooper

1. Ossoff, who has a strong electoral track record, renowned policy chops and a genuine political following (exactly the sort of candidate needed to fire up the base and/or win back ancestral Dems in Georgia). Being only a few % in polls under Suburban King Perdue is an excellent performance even though the undecided voters' pro-Perdue skew means the seat is safe R.

2. McGrath. #TheResistance will win and her fundraising is proof of her strong coalition of ancestral Democrats and young voters. If Booker loses the General Election, it's because they considered his defence of Medicare for All too leftwing (unlike McGrath's own policy positions, which are moderate and populist at the same time).

3. Hickenlooper. People knock him for his gaffes, but they're totally relatable; ask any average joe what they think of getting convicted for corrupt acceptance of gifts and contempt of court and they'll tell you that's what millions of hard-working families go through every day.

...

(Bottom of the list) Steve Bullock. Montanans backing him against outsider Jersey Greg does not mean they're going to accept his F A R  L E F T shift in the 2020 presidential primaries. The political positions he took in these will definitely dominate the Senate campaign's debate and he can't hope to stand up against Senator Daines and his robust defence of Montanan values.
