I think it is already taken by ypestis.

That isn't exactly clear from the thread itself, but if he is i will change to either the Ottoman Empire or Brazil.

In that case i will go for the Ottoman Empire. We preferably need the Great Powers to be filled after all.

As a more experienced player, I would like to take the Ottomans. If not possible, then I will take Louisiana or Spain.

I am willing to give up the Ottomans in favor of you since you are more experienced. So the Republic of Brazil it is for me.
