OK, I'm going to start preparing the first turn tonight. Ideally we'll get a Spain at some point (doesn't anyone want a challenge? ). People can still sign up, ideally this will get started by Monday.

Is there any way we could start the first turn July 6th, I have some RL stuff next week and won’t be available much Thursday-Sunday.  If not, I could make it work if it starts when planned, but end of turn is extended to July 9th.

I support the new system. Trust me, it's a sheer pain to keep track of fleets as a GM, and it serves little point to force Spamage to waste too much time on it.

Could you please make it 9 PM EST?  I just realized that 5 PM GMT is 1 PM EST.  I was exhausted yesterday and I have to study for the bar exam some more today, but I should be able to send all my orders after I finish and have dinner.

Can we get a one day extension on the mid-turn?  Some RL stuff came up

Can we please get a 2 or ideally 3 day extension, RL stuff has come up yet again.  Worst case, I can withdraw if the constant extensions are too big a hassle, but I just have a lot going on IRL right now and can only do my best to get orders in on time

I wouldn't mind deferring to Ishan, but in case Prussia is judged to be solely for experienced players then Quebec would be open for him (if it helps, I could write a guide with my actions thus far).

(Don't want to get too ahead of myself though, for all I know I could end up with a game over this turn or Europe could explode in flames)

Going to have to drop — starting law school.

A real shame, as it'll mean both of my closest neighbors will have gone NPC. It's not nearly as much fun to plot against the GM.
