Did the Forum being down this morning delay the update?

I think Spamage is going to release it around Midnight like how Spamage usually does it.

Apologies for the wall of text, but there's just so much happening in the Great Eastern War that had to be covered and that's developed into such an interconnected thing it's sometimes hard to categorize things.

No deaths this time, among current players at least, so that's a plus.

Despite having the fewest amount of overall sections, this is the longest end turn to date. Apologies if anything was missed, but as should be evident, there was A LOT to cover. I'm still second-guessing to see if I missed anything. Tongue

I will commence working on the turn prompts tomorrow. Expect them by Saturday night at the latest.

I think there’s a typo in there.  It says that I assassinated the King of Prussia which I absolutely did not do.  Plus, the eyes of God are a domestic secret police like the Stasi and don’t even operate overseas as per my orders.  Could you please fix that section of the update?  I just made peace with Prussia so I’d kinda prefer that not get undermined by something I didn’t do.

I was truly surprised that our efforts at developing ironclads proved far more successful than expected. I was only expecting a few prototype brown-water steam powered turtle ships, not anything suitable for going overseas.

Well I get now why Iran wasn’t exactly known for its maritime history. Guess conducting evasion tactics in a gulf aint exactly doable.

I must say, the Ottomans are only standing thanks to their foreign connections to bail them out, moreso than I. Kingpolen is lucky that he has an entire canal to bargain with.

Turn 7 has begun. As usual talk to me if there's any discrepancies. It will end Saturday, October 3 unless in-game circumstances change.

I'm aware there's a few PM's from other players I really need to respond to, but there's a lot of RL pressure at the moment and I will take some extra time to respond.

(On that note I have to confess I feel a bit overwhelmed at the moment, particularly after two turns with my main ally as an NPC rather than a player. I certainly hope to have provided a decent enough challenge to my three skilled rivals and am doing my best to avoid harming - again - a very successful round, but the pressure has certainly been high!)

As I've said to some individually, I'll be less-than-fully responsive this week as I'm both undergoing a major shift at work and have an unrelated additional work duty that lasts until Friday.

Well now there is peace in East Asia. Although it was more likely since the European powers are busy in the home front and the three major nations have a lowkey Triple Entente alliance thing goin on.

Don't jinx it!!!

I'm still worried about whether we get a Sino-Russian war. I've done well but I'd appreciate a period of peace so as to consolidate those gains.

Have to push the update back a day due to personal lack of time, expect it tomorrow evening. As a result, I will push back the end of the turn to Sunday October 4th as well.
